Wind, altitude, cliffs on both sides. Wasn't sure if it was a good idea but sent it up anyway. Got it above the ridge line and honestly at that point I was just curious how far the valley goes. I've flown in a few different places now but this kinda terrain gives me a perspective i really can't get any other way. The clouds were sitting right at the same level which was cool to see.
I realized recently that the app I “use” the most responsibly on my phone is not even a real productivity app. It is just my calendar reminder telling me to cancel free trials before they turn into another quiet monthly charge.I do not think free trials are bad. Some apps genuinely need a few days to test properly, especially if they involve widgets, automation, cloud sync, backups, photo editing, VPNs, note-taking, or AI features. The problem is that I often sign up when I am trying to solve one specific problem, then completely forget about it once the problem is gone.
Now I usually do three things before starting any trial:
I add a reminder for 1 or 2 days before the trial ends.
I check the Google Play subscriptions page right away so I know where the cancellation option is.
If app asks me to subscribe outside Google Play, I become much more careful because I know I might forget where to cancel later.This has made me way more selective with Android apps. A $3 or $5 subscription does not feel like much at first, but forgotten trials are the kind of thing that slowly makes your phone feel expensive.
How do you all manage app trials and subscriptions on Android?
Finally upgraded from a G29 to my first Simagic EVO PRO setup and… yeah, now I get the hype 😂
The biggest difference for me isn’t even the strength, it’s how much more detail you can actually feel mid-corner.
Still getting used to the settings though. ACC feels amazing so far.

I’ve been busy working on this Unity VR project for a while. I started from zero and spent almost a month learning while building it.
The inspiration came from a dream where I kept experiencing insomnia over and over again, but couldn’t figure out which side was actually real.
Structurally, there are five scenes in total. Each scene has its own dominant emotion and symbolism. The player repeatedly wakes up in the same bedroom scene, as well as variations of it, exploring and trying to find a way out.
Since I was making the models by hand on my own, I realized it was extremely slow. I checked Printables for usable assets, but there weren’t many that fit what I needed, so later on I used Tripo AI to help with part of the process. I also implemented some interactions, and in the end managed to get three scenes working.
Overall, it was a really interesting experiment! Because of the time limit, I’d say I’ve only finished about 50% of what I originally planned, and it’s still pretty rough.
A lot of small effects I wanted to add didn’t make it in time, but I hope I can continue and finish it someday.

This might sound like an annoying question, but I'm pretty new to this. Right now I'm taking Toniiq's L. reuteri which already has 200 billion CFU. I can see benefits in terms of appetite control and much better REM cycles which is probably why my mood has lifted too. That said, will I get anything massively better if I make yogurt out of it or am I already getting the full effect? Because I don't really have time to nurture yogurt every week.
So I’ve been playing around with this braid wig and tried a few different styles, but I honestly can’t decide which one looks best on me 😅I tend more to the first one, but what do you think?? And is there any other style you think I should try with it?
I tried the gpt2.0 yesterday and the posters still have typos. Why can’t AI just output text on a separate, editable layer? It would be such a massive time-saver.
the feeling arrives before i'm fully conscious.
something at the edge of awareness. a pressure. a particular quality of light that feels wrong. a sound that lands differently than it should.
i open my eyes and i already know. before i've checked the time, before the alarm has gone off, before i've moved. the day is already decided.
the dread that follows is specific. not the dread of pain exactly, though that's coming. the dread of cancellations. of the to-do list that will not happen. of the person who will need to cover for me. of explaining again.
some days the alarm makes it worse. i'm in the fragile pre-attack state and the sudden sound is the first hit of many.
i changed my alarm to fade in gradually for this reason specifically. on the bad days it doesn't stop the attack. but the alarm isn't a trigger added to an already-loaded system. on the not-attack days i don't have to find out the hard way whether the alarm would have been the thing.
just wanted to put it somewhere. the knowing-before-you-know feeling. the pre-attack dread that starts before the attack does.
anyone else live in this specific anticipatory state.

Like not normal tools — I swear you were using random stuff instead of actual medical equipment. The whole thing felt more like a joke than a real gam,It wasn’t realistic at all, more like chaotic and kinda gross but also weirdly fun.
But I still feel like there were even crazier versions of these games back then.
Does anyone remember stuff like this or am I just making it up??
