This one-of-a-kind blue carbon fiber road bike was brand new when someone stole it from off my car this morning between 11 and 12. I was parked at REI in South Point. I have made a police report, but please send me a message if you see it. It is very distinctive. All internal cabeling, no serial number or logo. Only a sticker on the front that says "Da FUQ?". Hydraulic brakes. Chinese L-Twoo Groupset. Integrated Carbon handlebars.
For those in recovery, we have established a new 12-step based meeting based also on Buddhist principles. We lean into meditation and open discussion, neither of which require prior experience. We call it “Spiritual Lines” and we are a sangha (community) exploring growth along spiritual lines (11th step) open, safe and welcoming to LGBTQIA.

My partner does not live with me. She stays over a couple of nights a week and we travel together pretty frequently. Our sex life is awesome.
She has two NP, one is her GF of 21 years and the other a man to who she is still legally married but has not been romantically involved with in 13 years. Her mother lives with them.
This weekend, we were casually talking about how little “safe space” quality time she gets with her GF. Today, our daily reading urged us to look at challenges from a different perspective. So, I set an intention for looking for creative ways to help my GF be able to have more quality time - stress free sexy time - without taking any time away from the two of us.
For me, this is part of a “trust the process” thought exercise. If I come up with something, everybody is better off. If I do not, I lose nothing.
