I use to call my mom boring for always getting the same nail color but now I’m slowly turning into her lol
I feel like nude polish is so classy and I’ve been getting the most compliments than any other nail colors I’ve gotten ! Any of ya’l into nude or soft pink polish rn💕 ?
So I work in the beauty department and have been a Lancome counter manager for a little over a year now. The managers get on us about achieving our sales quotas- even though a lot of them are almost unrealistic or very hard to achieve.
Someone in my department ( who’s worked less than a year ) just got promoted as an assistant manager even though she’s never made her line assign goals. I’m just a bit confused because, our managers told us that we have to be at the job atleast a year… and have to make our sales goals most of the time in order to get promoted or switch counters.
Does anyone else’s store have the same policy or does it not matter anymore ?

I’ve had this curly sew in for almost a month now and I love it ! However, the maintenance is starting to wear me down a bit 😖.. mainly blending my leave out with the hair is the issue.
I paid a lot for this hair so I don’t want it to go to waste. Any other curly hair style suggestions that are more protective ? I was thinking of maybe getting Fulani braids but I’m not 100% sure.
