Track your car!

Was on the fence of putting her on track, but now I regret not doing it sooner! It's so much more fun to push the limits on a track compared to on the streets that have more anomalies to ruin your day.

First track day of 2:12 at the Ridge

Finally, I pulled the trigger to attend a track day at the Ridge. It's super fun and shows you who actually is a fast driver vs. a fast car. Definitely room for improvement from watching myself hesitate choosing the right gear approaching each turn and staying on the racing line. I'll take any and all criticisms!

Quickjacks for a slow car

Guess this is a sign of getting older. My parents picked me up a set of QuickJacks for my 40th birthday. Gone are the days of see-sawing the car high enough to do actual work! At two feet of clearance, there's so much room for activities now!

Bots getting tired of BG too.

Idk why my bot game was glitched. Both sides were all just standing around unless you got close to an enemy bot. Thats when they started to attack you or a guardian.

Subtle changes make all the difference

Just some slight changes to the steering wheel on my BRZ tS. Kept the blue stitching to match the interior, chose the flat bottom, sport grip, and red top marker.

2026 OBW, too good of a deal?

Looking to possibly "upgrade" from our 2024 OBW. Not 100% set on the new model yet, but it does have Option 23, which is really nice. What's your take on this? This would be for 48 months at 2.9% with $0 down.

Justified redo for paint match?

I know World Rally Blue is hard to paint match, but had my bumper sent off to get repainted due to damage. The car wasn't on site to help them blend, but is this justified to bring it up and get it repainted to a lighter tone?

I'm almost 40 yrs old with 11.5 years of fed service so far. I'm seeing these numbers that other people post in here, which worries me a bit and feels like I'm lagging behind.

I'm currently a WS-10 (GS-11/12) and contributing 10% with employer 5% matching in a traditional TSP. Should I be contributing more %, or am I average and still doing ok?
