This is the second or third time this has happened, where someone comes with a ticket to our free walking tour and a museum.

The idea is that they send people to our free walking tour and by the time they get to the museum to find out that their ticket is invalid, they will think that my company scammed them, not the scammers themselves.

So I called the number and started corresponding with the guy. He said simultaneously that she can't get a refund because the ticket has already been issued, but she can't use the ticket because it's already expired.
