I recently applied for an RWS TrainAI contributor position that I found on LinkedIn. I'm currently going through the onboarding process and was asked to review/sign several documents, including the RWS Vendor Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Addendum, Security Policy, Acceptable Usage Policy, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

I'm new to RWS and wanted to ask people who have actually worked with them about what I should expect.

• Are the tasks generally flexible/asynchronous, or do some require you to work specific hours?
• I'm currently a student, so I cannot work in the mornings. Is it generally possible to work on RWS projects after school, assuming I meet the deadlines?
• Is there anything in the vendor agreement that a new contributor should be particularly careful about?

Hello, I'm 19 and my GF is 26, She's working as a teacher and I'm still a student. I'm having a hard time balancing school and my relationship, it's feel like a responsibility to be with her to me. Tinutulungan ko sya sa work nya, like sa paggawa ng attendance sheet, excel, and anything she asks. I order her food (Jollibee) and some products she wants off tiktok shop, or Canva Subscription, and i pay with my own money.

Private school teacher sya, hirap na sya sa workplace nya kasi she feels alone and i don't want to leave her like this, baka kung ano mangyari.

She owes me money but i always say don't pay it back. I feel one sided relationship namin, although minsan parang ako nag susuggest na ako na mag babayad nito. I only do it because i feel obligated to.

I’m feeling emotionally numb in my relationship. I feel drained and empty all the time, and I don’t feel close to her anymore. We don’t usually fight, but we did have one major argument when I found out she was still using dating apps. She said she deleted them, but I caught her twice.

We’re in a long-distance relationship.

She often demands that I fix things that are out of my control. She’s a teacher, and whenever she gets stuck on a problem, she calls me. I always try to help her, but she gets mad whenever I can’t fix things. She keeps saying, “Do something,” and it feels like our relationship is one-sided. She works while I’m still studying in school.

My friend also found her dating account and told me about it. I confronted her, and she said she deleted it. That was a few months ago, and I honestly don’t know if she still has an account or not.

I haven’t talked to her about my feelings since the last time I confronted her about the dating account. She got mad, became defensive, and dismissed my feelings.

Hello, I am 18 and looking for a part time job, i can do data encoding, Excel, SQL, python and web scraping

Gf (26F), She's having a hard time at work. She felt out of place and alone, I am trying to comfort her but i don't know what to do.

She says her co-workers are very unprofessional and are bullies, They invite each other to hangout but doesn't invite her. She tried to initiate a conversation with but got ignored, whenever she asks for help her co-workers help her but she thinks they're forced to help her.

She's a teacher and she's a newbie at this school. I suggest to look for other opportunities elsewhere but i am also worried about her, She can't find work especially school is starting now.

What can she do or what i can do to help her?
