I got my X4 yesterday and added all the 84 fonts in crosspoint. When I change the font, it shows only a few, not all those 84, maybe some of them are non-english?
Still, from the available ones, I have not settled on any and still finding the best one.
Please suggest which one to try.
I also noticed that every page turn makes the font momentarily bold. Is this with everyone?

X3 & X4 seem like the perfect ereader. My question is what is the next best ereader that helps with reading slump. I have a kindle paperwhite since the last 12 years but the fascination has been fading since I added the official case, it feels heavy and in some way lethargic, or is it hust that I haven’t found a good book to read! And more so, I dont think the paperwhite justifies its cost now.
What do you all think, which is the next best?

I sent an email to support@xteink for a pre-purchase query and still waiting for a response. Now I am doubting how would the after sales support actually be in case something goes wrong. I don’t have an option to buy from Amazon and Aliexpress also doesn’t deliver to my country..and also explicitly mentions that custom firmware cannot be loaded.
Please let me know which is the best way still despite the shortcomings. If you have contacted support, how long did it take for them to respond or were you ghosted?
I want to buy X3 & X4 from the official store and wanted to ask if someone has ordered 2 or more devices in India? Reason for asking is about the custom duty and other charges. My total order value is around $164 including the $28 fee which says duties and taxes included.
