Hi everyone, since we turned to eating organic food only Ive had to try and create my own meat pies, I miss the usual Tasmanian national meat pie and the old fashioned meat pie from many years ago.
Thanks to Maggie Beer I have finally found the perfect pastry but I cant for the life of me get the filling to my liking. Can anyone suggest a good recipe that mimics meat pies from days gone by..Please
I'm not sure if Im allowed to post this but figured its Australian and wanted local opinions on these expensive litter trays. I have 3 indoor cats and one tray ends up really heavy to change every day to second day. Any ideas on why one is $409, is that likely to be better than the $288. Has anyone tried either of them

Ive been a horror fan for over 45 years and thought I was up to scratch with sourcing the best but this group has shown me there is more out there that are worthy of a racing heart, the odd gag and well a fair bit of swearing while sitting back on the couch. I wasnt really impressed with one of the actors to start with but that soon changed and certain parts that came into it towards the end OMG !!! Thankyou to the person who mentioned this movie last night
He is not fitting into any names, would love one starting with Z, we tried Zephyr but its not fitting. He is crazy about eating fish and not to be mean but his pointy snout I even tried fish names that have pointy snouts and sharp teeth. Would love to call him frog but its not quite fitting. Not fussed on what language . PLEASE help
Being raised in a large family we were raised on nothing but two veg and meat, very basic meals. After I lost a close family member twelve months ago I was cleaning out her books and found two 1970's cook books. To hide my grief I decided to try some recipes in them which I had never done in 40 years of cooking. It was an instant love of cooking, thanks to my son my two cook books last Christmas grew into what seems to be hundreds, not all are pictured as I need to put another bookshelf together and some of the books go back to 1930, I can honestly say Im in heaven but still on earth. We are now living in the luxury of rather exotic meals every day, Ive gone from being under 30 kilos to 39 kilos.
I'm not trying yet I will wait till my new pc is set up and new internet provider. All my son ever did was shopping on market place, advertising a few things and the family tree research but was kicked off
Just happen to sign into my old email account and noticed a few emails from facebook but nothing interesting so opened the original emails from two years ago and magically an appeal button is finally working.
Oh when I say working one account which I hadnt used for ten years says 'we disabled your account you can download your information'. The other account which was my main account they dont even recognise it was an account.
Two bloody years for that appeal button to finally show and its too late to even try
