Trying to sell a car but confused about the title

Hi guys, please bear with me here as I am trying to understand all of this, but google has me more confused.

I bought a car in California in 2019 and financed it. I moved to Arizona and registered the car in Arizona in 2022. I paid off the loan in full in 2023. The car's engine broke a few months later and it's been sitting in my garage ever since. It is a pretty nice car that is in good condition minus the engine, so I am trying to sell it and have many buyers interested who are all asking if it has a clean title. I have kept all my car documents in one place, and the only title I can find in my files is a California title. The registration date on it is listed as expiring in 2021 (because after that is when I began registering it in Arizona). The issue date of the title is in 2023 a few days after I paid off the car, so I am assuming this was sent to me then.

I guess my question is in order to sell the car, do I need an Arizona title? It doesn't look like I can get one since the car hasn't been registered (or driven) since 2023 since the engine is completely broken. Does this count as a clean title? And will I be able to sell the car with this title?

Thanks in advance!

Broken cup holder piece - looking for a fix

Hey, I have a 2024 GLE 350 and the piece on the cup holder that holds your drink in place broke. I believe I would’ve been able to snap it back on if the piece that holds it in place didn’t break itself. The dealership said it would be $900 to fix because they would have to replace the entire cup holder. Does anyone know where I could get this specific piece? Or an easy alternative solution? It is the cooling/heating version of that helps at all. Thanks!

Trying to train mini Aussie out of intense focus when we pass other dogs on walks

Hi! I’m looking for any sort of training advice here! I have a 5 year old mini Aussie and he loves other dogs, but he’s super intense, as a lot of aussies are. On walks whenever we see a dog, he lays down and absolutely refuses to move while staring the other dog down. Just about when the dog starts to pass, he jumps up to either say hi (if allowed) or he will start barking and jumping if I don’t let him say hi. About two years ago I taught him the “watch me” command with treats as a reward, and that worked up until recently. Now he seems to have learned that “watch me” means that there is another dog coming (even though we practice the command all the time even when there is no trigger) and instead of looking at me, he immediately goes to look for another dog. Lately I’ve had to pick him up any time we see a dog and hold the treat in front of his face to get him to behave, and I know that isn’t sustainable long term. Any training advice is welcome! Thanks!

Saw a PT today for my neck and immediately became dizzy after. It’s lasted all day and feels debilitating

I (29F) recently had regular vertigo that was fixed by doing the epley maneuver with a vestibular physical therapist. Concurrently, I also have been seeing a physical therapist to help with neck and back pain, and it seems my cervical vertebrae have been unaligned. She’s worked on my neck many times before and I’ve never felt dizzy after. This morning, she told me she was going to move my c2 back in place. There was a feeling of radiating pain for a few seconds at the top of my head, but the actual movement she did was gentle. When I sat up afterwards, the room started spinning. This was at 8am and the dizziness and nausea have not subsided all day. I texted the pt who said the work we did today must’ve affected my inner ear somehow, but I was able to get back in with the vestibular physical therapist who tested for inner ear issues and that was negative so this was not the same issue as I used to have. The dizziness only subsides when I’m laying down. Every time I try to walk I feel off balance, can’t turn my head or can’t move my upper body at all without the dizziness and nausea coming back. I’m freaking out that she messed up something serious. I’m supposed to get on a plane for 6 hours tomorrow and I’m worried about flying with this too. I just don’t know what to do

I recently started summer house and just finished season 5 (binge watching on super speed). I’m wondering what the consensus is on Lindsey?? I’m a little confused because people seem like they love her, but she seems super combative and seems to have no clue how problematic she can be (e.g. thinking everyone does things to her when it’s often people reacting to her own behavior).

I totally get that she is perfect for reality tv because she keeps the drama going, but she seems to start soo much drama and is always popping off the handle for such little things. And she kind of gets away with it because everyone is like “Lindsey will be Lindsey”. So anywaysss yess just wondering what the general consensus is! Thanks!
