Grinding games that arent top down ARPGs or turn based?

Looking for third or first person action RPGs that have a ton of grinding. Not looking for top down/isometric ARPGs like Diablo, PoE, etc. Something with a TON of levels, gear, customization, preferably classes and builds. Some things I have already played that come to mind:

-Monster Hunter (Although im looking for something more fast paced, not a 'bossing' game)

-Remnant

-FFXII Zodiac Age

-Granblue Relink

-Division (I prefer fantasy/medieval though)

-Warframe

I want a game where you tear through enemies as fast as you do in a top down ARPG but in another perspective. I want constant number go up dopamine that those give.

Best job combinations for a strict 3 person party?

Looking for help creating a team without having to swap characters out as a personal limitation/challenge. I don't really mind which characters its on so I dont intend to minmax that much. I just need help covering all my bases as well as possible. Ideally the comp includes the following:

-Access to all four break skills

-At least one good support character

-Doesn't struggle when flying enemies show up

I am pretty sure I want to include Archer/Red Mage as one of them but I am open to all suggestions. I was considering Knight/Bushi for one but that has nothing for flying really. I really like the 'idea' of Foebreaker but im told they're kind of weak and basic until the very end of the game.

Absolute best prebuilt for $1k limit?

Right now I am looking at

https://www.newegg.com/abs-stratos-ruby-gaming-desktop-rtx-5060-core-i5-14400f-32gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-sr7800x3d9070xt-black/p/N82E16883360936

It has 32GB DDR4 which is what I wanted. Friends are hounding me about the card only having 8GB VRAM but I only do 1080p gaming and honestly I don't really play many new AAA titles. I just need advice or deal recommendations at/under 1k not including tax.

Can you force minimap in survival mode?

Simple question. I like everything about survival mode except the lack of minimap. Is there a way to bypass it in particular by editing ini or player files, or a specific mod that achieves it?

Games with the best stealth kills/melee finisher prompts? (PC)

This is going to sound like a really, really silly specific request. I like games that have the whole "Press X to stealth kill" style of combat when sneaking from behind OR in niche cases like RE5 when you stagger enemies and can run up and finisher them. The BEST examples of this are games like Far Cry, Assassins Creed, RE5 and maybe Tsushima and even State of Decay 2. I did not like Skyrim's because there isn't actually a "prompt" for it which is nitpicking but for some reason it matters to my brain.

Anyway, I need you to name me your games that you think have the coolest most stylish stealth kills or melee finishers. Even better if its something you can use effectively through most of the game. Doesn't necessarily have to be done stealthily such as in the case of RE5-6. Has to be on PC.

Borderlands 3 LAN+Crossplay?

A family member of mine plays stuff only on PS5. I only play on PC. I am trying to find games we can play together and the choices are limited, but I did recall that Borderlands has crossplay. My question is, can we do like a local co-op LAN thing to play together without them needing to buy PS+ or do they need to buy PS+ for this to work? Does Borderlands 3 have working voice chat for co-op or do we have to do the Discord method just to chat?

Highest pop surviving vanilla/classic server?

Just trying to find the highest population vanilla pserver left. Doesn't matter if its entirely vanilla or custom. No dungeon finder though if it is custom.

How is the new WASD this season?

I like D4 and PoE2 for the addition of WASD so I didn't really want to buy D2R on release. Since they added it back this patch, can anyone give some feedback on how it plays? Is it responsive?

Explosives and friendly fire (off)?

I have a few questions about explosives and friendly fire, as well as a bonus question about the perk Demolitions Expert.

-Do thrown or fired explosives harm allies when friendly fire is turned off?

-What about land mine damage?

-Do allies set off land mines?

-Do the explosive arrows and bolts benefit from Demolitions Expert?

-Can you 'build' around predominantly using explosives (and spear) if you're already doing lots of scrapping?

It took me 15 years to 'get' Skyrim

I have tried playing Skyrim on and off multiple times across multiple platforms since it first came out. Each attempt only lasted a few hours before I lost interest. But something changed a month or two ago when I got really immersed into games I can hunt, forage and gather in. Skyrim seemed like the ideal opportunity to continue that trend but I have a pretty low end PC and not a lot of technical knowledge for modding so I started small and mostly stuck to creation club stuff.

It started simple enough. Adding tons of trees, foliage and then more wildlife. That lead to things like weather, sound and skybox overhauls. I planned to play on survival for the hunter gatherer playstyle so I found overhauls for that as well as camping, hunting and fishing. The game might not look like someone who plays with 1000 mods but it was already starting to feel like my own. I was immersed already. I am looting every container I find. Wearing cold weather gear and eating hot foods. I am sleeping every few ingame days, cooking and hunting. Grabbing every plant I see for alchemy. Hell I barely feel like I even have to focus on the main campaign. When I get a new PC I could unironically see this as a forever game.

Blue skin on certain NPCs? But no body mods used

Im sure its a texture issue but I am unsure how to fix this. I am only using creation club stuff, and nothing that should affect bodies at all. Its only on certain NPCs as well and I cant find any kind of pattern. Maybe tattoos? Is there a way to somehow fix/restore character models specifically? Im new to modding so im not doing anything besides creation club stuff and the mod order in that.

Edit: Went through mods one by one. For some strange reason it was just a mod that added a bunch of trees and foliage to Eastmarch. Why in the world would that affect NPCs?

Loot hoarding games? (PC)

I love looting items in games. I don't just mean gear like in ARPGs. I like Ubisoft games like Far Cry, Division and recent AC games. Things like Fallout 3-4 as well as Elder Scrolls and Witcher 3. Even Monster Hunter to a lesser degree. I've played most of the big name series that I know of that let you loot hoard, and some smaller ones like Core Keeper.

I want more suggestions of games where you are picking things up nonstop. Plants, rocks, everything humanly possible when going into people's houses. And the game needs to make this worthwhile in terms of a crafting system, alchemy, etc. Preferably open world RPG. Not really looking for stuff like Minecraft that has no real goals/progression. Even better if it has any kind of skill trees that interact with foraging, mining, etc but thats not necessary.

Im going to be playing FC6 with a friend. This friend is brand new to gaming but likes the series. They are very bad at navigating menus, combat, etc but wants to commit to the game so I am going to be helping in co-op probably the entire time. I have a few questions with that in mind.

-Can anyone choose fast travel destinations or only the host?

-Do both players travel at the same time?

-How far away from one another can you stray before it teleports the partner?

-Does the partner lose out on anything in terms of items or tools? I know they dont get personal quest progress.

-Do you still get a pet ally when in co-op to command?

-Do item pickups such as crafting materials, guns and armor from crates get picked up for both players or does each player need to touch the crates?
