I've been suffering from depression for a long time, it's been extremely bad for the last 6 months. Before this latest bout I had been having good success managing weight with Omad, but now I find that trying to skip meals just makes my depression so much worse and I seem really attracted to high carb high fat meals like pizza and really unmotivated to do any cooking at all. My vegetables are just rotting in my fridge. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm listening to the audio book for about the dozenth time and I find myself looking forward especially to certain scenes.

-Matt's first time discovering his luck

-Egwene's defence of the tower against the Seanchan

-Perrin's creation of his power wrought Hammer

And obviously

-Rand coming back to the Light

Some of these scenes are just so great.

I can't really decide between these scenes. Which do you think is best? What favourites do you have? Which great scenes am I forgetting

I don't know what to do. I have the worst anxiety for years now. My brain just won't stop with terrible thoughts. My children are the only thing that stops me from just ending it all. My heart is always racing. I can feel it in my chest the whole time. I can't enjoy anything because I'm too depressed to have motivation to do anything. I hate it. I hate feeling like this all the time. I just can't make it stop. When I'm trying to go to sleep, or when I wake up in the morning, it's always there. I can't find any way to turn it off.

I'm watching this for the second or third time and I notice so many more little details. It's such a great show. Honestly almost perfect. The casting, the character interplay, the humour that isn't overpowering. For a character who was fairly one dimensional as a villain, Loki the TVA agent is so likeable. It's one of the greatest redemption arcs ever honestly. The writing is so good.

It's such a shame there will never be a third season. I mean, it's one of the best endings ever written for a show, so it's right that it ended, but I'm sad that it's over.

So I could not work out why Pepsi tasted so awful, I only get it at KFC where there is no other choice, and then I read the label and even "regular" Pepsi has artificial sweetener in it!

Surely this wasn't always the case? It tastes awful and sickly sweet.

Is this the case everywhere? There is no "regular" Pepsi left anymore?

Why does this game attract the absolute worst players? I don't just mean mechanically unskilled players, I mean absolute man babies throwing literal tantrums.

I had THREE games in a row tonight where my team argued in the draft phase and then either picked meme heroes and achieved nothing, or in the last game our garrosh followed nazeebo around throwing him randomly for the first ten levels.

Why? What is it about this game in particular? I have NEVER played a game where people throw tantrums and troll their own team like this.

Why are the next station panels so often wrong? I've noticed today on every train I've been on the next station has been wrong. I missed my stop this morning because it said next station Redfern and in fact we were well past Redfern and next stop was Sydenham.

Now on the Bankstown line it is saying next stop Bankstown and the next stop is in fact Yagoona.

Never thought I would like a show about ballet. But this show is just so charming and light. And chaotic. I like the crazy ballerina Cheyenne's aura. She's hilarious. I'm over serious shows. The world is so serious. A show like this is some fun escapism. Why did it not get at least a chance at a second season?

It's not okay to have giant video screens on platforms playing adverts. It's a giant invasion of our public spaces with obnoxious capitalism.

The platform I'm on at the moment has literally the same 4 or 5 adverts playing at full volume in a loop at 5 in the morning. Who approved this? This is absolutely not okay.
