Olá pessoal, gostaria de uma ajuda do sub no meu processo de aquisição do primeiro imóvel.

Juntei ao longo de alguns anos a suada quantia de 25 mil, o que eu achava que era uma ótima quantia para dar de entrada (até porque eu sempre via aqueles anúncio de novos empreendimentos com frases como “entrada de mil reais e parcelas de 600” e acreditava 🤡). Descobri na dureza que é um valor irrisório para entrada, e para ajudar, o apartamento que estou interessado custa 210 mil.

As simulações que estou fazendo estão dando parcelas muito caras pro meu orçamento, em torno de 1800 reais, isso no modelo SAC. Já no modelo PRICE as parcelas estão em torno de 1300, o que é bem melhor para mim.

Porém minha mãe me falou que é uma má ideia fazer no modelo PRICE pois as parcelas nunca vão diminuir, e eu perco a oportunidade de ir amortizando as parcelas do final (que são mais baratas) e reduzir o tempo e os juros.

Gostaria de algumas dicas, o que vocês fariam na minha situação? Devo pisar no freio e esperar mais um pouco para comprar? Tenho medo de esperar mais e os imóveis subirem ainda mais.

Boa tarde pessoal, eu recentemente adquiri um veículo autopropelido de 1000w, e estou com essa dúvida em relação a qual espaço da via vocês utilizam.

Eu já tive moto, e quando eu andava sempre usei a filosofia de que a moto deveria ocupar o mesmo espaço que um carro e transitar pelo meio, que é o que eu continuo fazendo com o autopropelido. Porém o que me deixa meio preocupado em estar fazendo algo errado é a quantidade de motoristas de carro que me ultrapassam de forma impaciente.

Gostaria de ouvir suas opiniões sobre o assunto

Essa é a estratégia do mês para tentar melhorar meu dia a dia. Atualmente estou tomando Lítio + Aripiprazol para humor, porém ainda sinto muita variação entre estar ok e estar no fundo do poço.

A minha psiquiatra pensou em reduzir o estimulante para ver se melhorar essas crises, porém eu confesso que achei a estratégia muito básica, não consigo acreditar que isso vai resolver todos os meus problemas. Eu esperava mais, queria trocar remédios, chegar em alguma coisa mais concreta. Estou até pensando em ir em outro psiquiatra atrás de uma segunda opinião, porém tenho medo de isso confundir ainda mais minha cabeça.

Alguém já usou essa estratégia de tratamento e tem algum conselho?

Comprei o Lyberdia 30mg esse mês porque estava mais barato, porém sinto que desde que comecei a usar a minha ansiedade está galopante, aumentou até os meus tiques.

Não tenho certeza se pode ser isso ou alguma das outras medicações, alguém já teve alguma reação semelhante?

Já é a segunda vez que eu compro um jogo sem tem certeza se vou gostar, decido pegar o reembolso, chega na hora a Steam me fala que não pode me reembolsar de verdade, apenas em crédito na Steam.

E tá, eu eventualmente vou usar esse crédito, mas é um saco ter de deixar o dinheiro lá parado.

Queria saber qual é o meio de pagamento pra ter direito ao reembolso, já tentei por Pix e por cartão de crédito e nenhuma das duas vezes deu certo. Será que pode ser o meu cartão?

MMO’s are a bit of a crossover for me. I’m usually more of a cozy gamer of the Stardew variety. But I recently bought Farever on Steam and had 40 hours of (mostly) fun with it. I wanted to try something else along the lines of this one. Something a bit more “cartoony”, for lack of a better term.

I was thinking of trying RuneScape, but honestly jumping on a game that has decades-old players feel a bit intimidating. Any tips?

I see people on Discord so casually mention how you can totally play solo and do all the bosses alone. Meanwhile the last dungeon I was able to do alone was Mine Estrone. Crabgantua, Ratsar, Gorgon’s Hollow, even Sponge Blob, couldn’t do any of them alone.

Part of me feels like I’m not playing right, another part just find odd that I just never deal enough damage. I’m always stuck doing around 30 damage per combo.

To be honest, I find the difficulty curve for the game a bit odd. You rarely get new weapons so you are stuck doing the same amount of damage on tougher and tougher enemies until combat becomes unbearable.

I think it would be much better if your weapon could be upgraded as you level up. For exemple: you get a weapon in level 10, and you are going to use it until getting a new one at around lv15, so you should be able to upgrade it at least 4 times to improve the damage and stats. At least that’s how I’ve seen done in the past.

Do you guys also struggle with this? Or am I the only one?

When I change between South and North America’s servers, my character save doesn’t show up, just the option for creating a new one.

Is it a bug or intentional?

I’m on level 11 already, but I’m stuck with my level 7 weapon and I’m limited to the green armor I find in the world because the stronger bosses and creatures have been kicking my ass.

I feel like the enemies health has gone way up and I’m stuck doing 25 damage with my axe.

Where can I find better gear?

Hello, I’m new around here. I hope it’s okay to ask for recommendations.

I have a complicated relationship with RPG games. Some time ago I used to play a lot of them on Roblox (My favorite was a game called Vesteria). When I outgrew that and went on to explore actual games that you can find on Steam, my interest kind of didn’t translate.

I’ve tried Skyrim because that’s the go to RPG, and another game called Enshrouded, but didn’t stick with either. Looking at the RPG category on Steam, nothing really calls to me.

I’m kind of thinking that it’s because most RPG’s go for the “gritty” style, which is the opposite of the games I usually play. I’m wondering if there are games that go on the more “cartoony” and colorful style. Maybe that would entice a bit more. Any recommendations?

My pickiness for games has been on an all time high lately. I’m kind of frustrated with myself because I’m constantly starting games, just to find myself not actually enjoying the experience. Most of the time, I feel like berating at myself “this game has everything you like, why aren’t you enjoying yourself!?”.

All that aside, I am looking for something that could excite me with a lot of in depth exploration, whether with a big world, or some mechanics you need to get a hold of.

What comes to mind is Minecraft right? Except I haven’t been able to play it because the concept of a game where I can build anything, anywhere, kind of makes me freeze with anxiety. The same happened with Planet Zoo: it has so much content and gives you so much freedom it ends up stressing me out. I kind of need something with concrete objectives to focus on. Although, I also just dropped Story of Seasons: Grand Baazar because I felt like the world was too small and confining, and the progression was too linear.

So it has to be a game with bit of both: concrete flow, but with a certain amount of freedom. Sorry, I know Im being super frustrating. Trust me, not even I get why I’m being like this.

So anyway, if you have any recommendations that fit this criteria, I would love to know. Thanks in advance.

Qual exatamente é melhor maneira de encontrar um profissional para fazer um projeto? Já tentei a estratégia de ir atrás dos profissionais da minha cidade e quase cai duro com os valores.

Eu entrei em vários grupos de Facebook onde diversas pessoas anunciam os seus serviços, e reparei que os valores são mais em conta, porém eu não consigo imagina como vai ser a construção de um projeto sem ser presencial.

É uma boa ideia pegar alguém de longe mas com um valor mais acessível?

A Risperidona acabou não sendo pra mim. Me causou vários tipos de crise, inclusive uma no trabalho que está me custando caro até agora.

No dia que eu tive essa crise (não conseguia parar de chorar e tive de ir embora) eu fui na emergência psiquiátrica e a Dra que me atendeu preferiu substituir a Risperidona pelo Aripiprazol. Ela disse que ela iria potencializar o meu antidepressivo (tomo Desvelofaxina). Ela me deu a versão líquida também, acredito que para fazer efeito mais rápido.

Não senti muita diferença ainda, mas pode ser porque ainda estou fazendo o desmame da Risperidona. O sentimento de derrota é coisa ruim enquanto estou no trabalho permanece, mas está melhorando lentamente (até demais)

Alguém aqui já tomou para compartilhar como foi a experiência?

Jokes aside, it’s super hard to have two colonists with the gay or bisexual trait, so I was thinking about getting a mod that made these kinds of things a bit more broad. I would like to be able to add it to an existing save too.

I remember using a mod in the past versions that made this happen, giving every colonist a label. unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the mod or the version.

Estou acordando muito pra baixo e moído pelas manhãs, e mesmo em dias que eu durmo bem. O meu humor e disposição geralmente começa a melhorar lá pelas 10h, o que eu tendo a associar com os remédios fazendo efeito algumas horas depois que eu tomo as 7h/7h30

Eu já ouvi falar que tem gente ir acorda tipo às 5 da manhã para tomar os remédios e volta a dormir, e estou pensando de tentar essa técnica para tentar adiantar os efeitos.

Quem já tentou poderia por favor comentar a sua experiência
