Wow.. I have to respect the confidence it takes to drive this

Our theatre department is approaching crisis.
Firstly any overtime in a shift less than two hours is to be given as time owed rather than OT rate.
Secondly, full overtime shifts have to be done as bank rather than OT rate.
I love the job, but the only way it is financially worth it to me is by getting four or five overtime shifts a month.
I’m not alone in feeling like this and already we are seeing lists cut short as people aren’t prepared to start an op if it means they will be unable to finish and clean on time. And already whole lists are cancelled as they can’t get the required staff to come in.
What could we do to obtain a solution where we can earn a living while giving the amount of service people should expect?
In my head, I can’t see a way that would suit all sides.
How many names do you recognise?
I don’t think it’s been posted here. Apologies if it has.

Hopefully I’ve passed the mod’s test this time.
There was a post about low water pressure around York probably linked to the flooding down Leemo.. it’s down to a sinkhole that’s appeared on Salisbury Terrace outside The Jubilee. It’s a pretty vital road from the west and north into the centre, but I can’t see this being fixed in a couple of days.
I was going to explain my reasonings, but sod it.. I’ll give it to you straight
Favourite.. God Only Knows (Tonight LP)
Worst.. Across The Universe (Young Americans LP)
Let me know yours
Just stopped at the services and went to the toilet. When I came out, wife had noticed a bit of a dripping.. wet patch on the pipe in the middle of the photo, though the dripping might start above that. any ideas
Maybe I’m biased at the moment, but I’ve just listened to Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust and Aladdin Sane back to back. I also met Ken just prior to Covid. Apologies if this has been done before.
Another photo I’m deleting. Taken from the new road behind the NRM, early January. This view won’t be around much longer once they start building up York Central.
I’m just deleting some photos on my camera and this was on. The reason why I took it is because it was half past four in the afternoon on the 8th of January this year. Hardly a soul in sight.. it was like Covid had come back.
Which house is the worst. Most votes in comments wins that house to be excluded from the voting the next day.
Disclaimer: I probably won’t be arsed to do this again.
This feels like these people were ahead of there time. Covering there room in boogers, and then dropping out of high school and pissing in mason jars in there garage while drinking beer and playing poker. Now a days its slightly tweaked (playing video games usually, but the piss jars are still around). ON TOP OF THAT, there pissing in a hole in the ground. I couldn't believe what I was reading, this shit is still wild when seeing it but for the 60s? Idk i felt like i had to post it here bc it blew me away. They were truly pioneers.
