This is the start of a very hectic busy month for me and i am tired and ready bed but i can’t go to until i get this sorted #GRRRRRRRRRR

I can barely look after myself with t1d how am i supposed to deal with another auto immune disease

Can anyone with experience with pernicious anemia please give me some advice or words of wisdom?
