They installed this dishwasher and secured it to metal plate underneath granite. Its bowing some where they did it. Is this a problem? Looks like screws are touching granite but didn’t go through

This pine tree has been leaning for a couple years

Ever since I moved in. How long can it stay like that? Is it at high risk of falling?

Had an issue with dishwasher

I was an idiot and tried to pull it out without unplugging, and it shorted out on top. Saw a little smoke and breaker tripped. I think this hinge contacted something live on
Top?

Thoughts? It I see no damage on top of dishwasher is it safe to try to plug it in to see if breaker trips?

Is this okay?

The way the holes were drilled are a little uneven, so one of the blue anchors is a little at an angle. It feels secure. Do i just put caulking over the gap? What kind?

How much would it cost to remove a 75 foot loblolly pine in an area that is not accessible for heavy equipment?

I have one dead in water quality buffer near water. It’s well away from anything, but it would suck if it fell one day and knocked down others near it.
