need tips for creating a full armor/Mobile armor style build with 30MS and 30MM kits

need tips for creating a full armor/Mobile armor style build with 30MS and 30MM kits

basically I want to do a MP NU gundam/Alyzeus or a Odysseus Gundam/Penelope style build where the 30MS kit will be the main unit and the 30MM parts will be the modular outer armor

I have tried to prototype some stuff with what I have but I want to know if there is a better way to do what I have shown in the pictures without using zip ties

any and all help and advice will be appreciated

▲ 0 r/Noctua

Nocutua fans already come in either beige and brown or black why not mix both

we all know Noctua has fans in beige and brown or black colors?

I'm just curious why not mix them both like what I have done in the picture

basically brown and beige frame with black fan blades or Black frame with brown fan blades
I feel like it would be a interesting concept for a one off limited quantity production special edition product I guess

sorry for my low level powerpoint photo editing skills lol

Need Help with choosing a GPU for a GPU upgrade

I'm someone who constantly has been hitting vram limits on my RX 6800 non XT 16GB
Most if not all of the games I play I have the in game graphics settings maxed out all the time with Ray Tracing set to high occasionally
and the only 3 cards I can try to afford now are the 3 stated below

Any 2nd hand RTX 3090 24GB
Any 2nd hand RX 7900 XTX 24GB
AI pro R9700 32GB (basically is a workstation RX 9070 XT with double the vram)

What do you recommend
I have a 7800X3D and 64GB of DDR5 ram in my PC
I wanted to get a new GPU when I built my PC by in March 2025, but I instead ended up deciding to reuse the RX 6800 from my previous PC and used the new GPU funds on more storage

Tldr

This is my PC currently
7800X3D
64GB of DDR5 6000mhz CL30
RX 6800 non XT 16GB
20TB of storage (1TB NVME SSD x1, 2TB NVME SSD x2, 4TB NVME x1, 2TB sata SSD x1 and 8TB HDD x1
1000W PSU
27" 1440P 240hz OLED
27" 1440P 144hz IPS LCD

I also want to get another 27" 1440P 144hz IPS LCD to use as my 3rd monitor

I would say it would be a very weirdo use case I guess lol
but this is how I have stuff split across both of my monitors when I'm gaming as you can see from the picture in this link https://imgur.com/a/XohIo1b

My custom Speed Champions Ford Mustang GT Race/Hillclimb car build

Here is the custom Track Racing/ timed Hillclimb car build based on the Lego Speed Champions Ford Mustang GT set (75871) that I built

what do you guys think

and as for the rear wing height, 2 studs high vs 4 studs high

Need help with choosing parts for a custom build

as this would be my first ever time making a custom build with 30MS kits
I would like to know what kits I would need to buy to create the Hololive Vtubers shown in the picture
my painting skills are hopeless so I would need to most likely find parts that match their design and color themes as close as possible so that I don't have to commission a friend or a local hobby shop for painting the kits and parts

Questions about the Define 7 XL before I go to buy it

if I mount the 360mm AIO in my PC which has 6 fans in a push/pull config as a front intake, can I still use those highlighted side SSD/HDD drive tray mounting points or it'll block them?

cause I'm still looking for a way on how I can put all of the items below without them conflicting with each order

360mm AIO with Push/Pull which is about 25mm + 27mm + 25mm = 77mm in depth
sata SSD x4
HDD x4

u/BarMaleficent4713 — 21 days ago

looking for a specific case part to buy it separately

as you can see, I want to buy another one of the highlighted 6 port sata powered 4 pin PWM fan hub the 5000D airflow comes preinstalled with

as for the reason why I want another one
this is what I intend to do since I have 13 fans in my PC

the 6 intake fans connect to one fan hub
the 7 exhaust fans connect to another fan hub (6 fans on my AIO in a push/pull setup)

allowing me to set up two different fan speed control profiles for each group of fans in Fan Control.Exe

I want GPU recommendations for replacing my RX 6800 non XT 16GB

so yeah I want something suitable to replace my RX 6800 non XT 16GB

these are what I have picked as suitable replacements

for me during daily usage of my PC, especially during gaming I am constantly hitting 12GB to 15GB of vram usage and have had certain games crash due to vram limitations

also fyi
these are the monitors I'm using currently
Main monitor = LG Ultragear 27GS95QE-B 27" 1440P 240hz OLED Monitor
Secondary Monitor = LG Ultragear 27GL850-B 27" 1440P 144hz IPS Monitor

I will also be getting another LG Ultragear 27" 1440P 144hz IPS Monitor to use as my 3rd monitor

I want to know if it is possible to create fan speed curve configs/profiles

basically I want to create two different fan speed control profiles and have the ability to switch between them easily with just one click

these are the profiles I want to create so that I can switch to the required profiles based on what I'm doing currently

Profile 1 = idle / low workloads
AIO Pump = Static 100%
Case fans (including the ones one the AIO) = static 60%
GPU fans = static 70%

Profile 2 = gaming / high workloads
AIO Pump = Static 100%
Case fans (including the ones one the AIO) = Static 100%
GPU fans = Static 100%

does anyone know where I can buy like that plastic fan mounting bracket/clip thing separately
I find that the plastic fan mounting bracket/clip thing on Coolermaster's Hyper 212 series CPU air coolers much easier and less annoying to work with over the thin metal wire style fan mounting bracket/clip thing most CPU air coolers use
