WW1 Brodie?
I’ve had this thing for nearly 20 years now. I’m pretty sure it’s a World War One Brodie helmet, but never confirmed. I have no clue why it is painted gold.

LGS has this MAC 90 for $850.
Out of my budget right now but a boy can dream. Did grab some ammo tho 1996 production I believe. $6 for 20 rounds.
I found this at a local pawn shop. Ended up doing a trade on it. Rifle is absolutely beautiful on the outside however the barrel is pitted up pretty damn bad unfortunately. think it’s safe to shoot?
After some research it seems only about 180,000 of these were made in Budapest Hungary after World War Two. Interesting considering the Russians made nearly 4 million of this pattern Mosin Nagant.
Hello all. Are Hungarian made Mosin Nagants considered “rare”? Specifically the M44 model made in Budapest. Anyone have one?
I think this is from the time of Americas brutal war against Vietnam but I can’t say for sure what the age is. Any ideas?
Lunch break thrift run turned up this Leonar camera from around 1914! This is by far the oldest camera I have ever thrifted.
Stopped at a local thrift shop and picked this up for $20. I’m assuming is a GI bring back
Anyone else like these? Surprisingly nice. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them for sale in the US.
I found this bottle in the background of a Facebook market listing for some furniture, in central Oklahoma. I have family in Leadville but now live in Oklahoma, so to find this was quite a surprise. I don’t normally buy bottles but this one was worth it. Second photo is today’s find next to a Standard Bottling Co Denver bottle that I personally dug in Denver.
First day of a short visit to my home town and I pulled this amazing gem for only $10! How could I say no
Love stuff like this.
I dug this one along the Platte River in Colorado some years ago. I assume it’s from the 1890’s? Does anyone have any info? Imported beer? Mineral water? Wine? I have no clue. No visible seams anywhere.
The stand-posting will continue - I made this display stand for my US Army M3 Diaphragm Gas Mask before work today. This mask was also found at a local goodwill.
This mask isnt in the best condition but I found it at a local Goodwill and that alone makes it worth hanging onto
I’ve wanted a real soviet flag for longer than I can remember. I finally have one and it’s a real beauty. Seems like finding one of these in the US is supremely difficult. Even searching online it’s not easy to find any genuine flags from the era.
