That makes every boss in both 1FM and 2FM. Not sure if I'm gonna do the BBS super bosses yet, I think I wanna do 3D and then KH3Remind first.

Basically what the title says. In season 8.5 Rogue was good. Very good in fact, she wasn't the best tank in the game or anything close but she was a very solid A tier and I think a good example in where the balancing should be. Her team up prior to her buffs was obviously too strong and so it was nerfed, she was buffed to compensate. It made her viable but not overbearing without team-up and with it she was a very strong player on the field (assuming Gambit wasn't banned lmao, yea right).
Then season 9 rolls around and I'm just kind of... in awe of how much of an L Zihyong made when nerfing her. The gambit team up was nerfed once again, but so was Rogue herself. And quite significantly, 100hp, as well as 3 nerfs to her defensive stance which was such a help in making her a viable tank able to survive in season 8.5.
Then after all of this, we get the now infamous day 1 emergency patch where characters who haven't been as viable historically such as Mantis, Ultron, and especially Ironman were nerfed. But historically top tiers like Phoenix and Gambit (I love Jean and I love my Cajun, I'm simply using them as examples because they've been strong and ban worthy since release, they don't NEED to be overtly meta defining each season, I do believe everyone should have a turn as it shakes up the meta) were buffed to make sure they still sat atop everyone's ban and tier lists.
That's not even going into other characters ie Mr Fantastic who has a team up that should be part of his main kit (even if it was he'd still be a low tier).
At the end of the day I'm just disappointed in the dev team right now, I actually was really excited for the new team up system and I think it's got huge potential. But there are consistently favorites while others are left out to dry and push their sisyphean rock uphill in attempts to really get anything from Netease, be it buffs, skins, etc.

I'm not saying Dino didn't deserve to catch some small nerfs (although personally as a tank player I never found him as overpowered as many of my fellow vanguard players claimed) but he essentially got nerfed across the board, in some cases ie his beam he lost a full ability with the grounding effect, and given no compensation buff.

Meanwhile Jean only got some nerfs this patch, after receiving just last season a "nerf with a compensation buff" that actually turned out to be a "buff with a compensation nerf". Feels like certain characters (and the roles in general) don't get to be created or balanced equally in this game.

I'm not a complete negative Nelly, I'm glad that my main Rogue caught some small buffs, but there's an obvious bias here it took less than a full season to kick Dino down with the rest of his brethren, whether he's still good or not (he's absolutely still playable as is Black Cat, even widow, just harder to get value is my point) isn't the point, the point is that Daredevil and Phoenix have dominated the meta since their debut, but a vanguard isn't allowed to be considered strong for longer than half a season.
