Which is Better?

Hey guys! We're super excited about our new capsule art and are just wondering about the title design itself. Any preferences or suggestions? We're updating and for the first time releasing our game on Quest after a nice little run on Steam.

Appreciate the feedback!

Human Made and Ready for Battle! The Scarlet Sellswords.

We loved working with our brilliant artist Gabriel Costa and think it's important to showcase the process of card creation in this AI filled world. What do you guys think? Came out cool? Worth doing videos like these for all the cards?

Center Flank Victory: The Ranger's Gambit!

Upon the Riftorn: Battle Flanks the armies stood.

Then... horns of battle rang out as the ground shook and the flanks clashed to the sounds of steel, arrows, and war, filling the only moment's ago peaceful afternoon with their song.

As the dust settled after 3 waves of assault and brutal combat, it was the center flank that finally fell to a combined onslaught of Ambushers, a Giant, and Scarlet Sellswords. But it was the Ranger's gambit in the Rock Flank that enabled victory. Utilizing their ability to reveal Hidden cards, they paved the path for triumph. But it was not without cost.

The victorious general's Rock Flank had almost broken... for even the best laid plans have their risks, but none the less it withstood the onslaught and remained strong in order for the center flank's forces to seize victory.

That, however, was only the start... for both generals knew more battles awaited. More chances at glory and at redemption. But mostly for the the greatest prize of all... the Emperor's throne!

Awesome session playing Riftorn: Battle Flanks. Having so much fun with the drafting, tactical play, and hidden cards in the latest play.

Robot Hand Switching Concept

Been working on a concept we're calling Unhand Me! at this stage and would love some feedback.

Started with the idea of switching hands to perform tasks, and evolved into this robot assembly line thing where players would be robots in a factory defending it from being attacked.

Anything there?
Seem like a fun idea/direction?

Super early stages so would love your thoughts!

One of our favorite cards!

The fearsome BLOOD REAVER from Riftorn: Battle Flanks!

What do you think of the design? It's not too gorey, right?

Brilliant Artist

A quick shout out to the talented Gabe Costa ( u/Ok-Opportunity-8005 ) Artstation - whose work on our game Riftorn: Battle Flanks was absolutely epic!

If you need an artist, we highly recommend him!
Just... let him finish his work on our project first please! :)

We just added online multiplayer to our VR strategy game. You reach down, grab your rival's units and hurl them across the map

Hey r/virtualreality, dev here. Warden of the Isles is a VR real-time-strategy / tower-defense game where you're a giant standing over your island: you assign workers, knock buildings together with your hands to build them, grab and reposition your own units mid-battle, and cast spells by grabbing them and hurling them at the enemy. The thing people react to most is that you can just reach into the enemy line, grab a unit, and throw it into the sea.

The big update just went live: online multiplayer. Duel a rival Warden 1v1 or throw down in a 4-player free-for-all, same grab-everything sandbox, now against real people.

Out now on Steam (SteamVR / PCVR, so Index or Quest via Link): https://store.steampowered.com/app/1110980/Warden_of_the_Isles/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=mp_update&utm_content=r_virtualreality

Full multiplayer trailer if you want the longer look: https://youtu.be/7vwPGwH97Bo

And if you want to squad up or give feedback, come hang out on our Discord: https://discord.gg/hfPev9csD

Happy to answer anything about the VR embodiment, the netcode, or how the grab-and-throw plays out in multiplayer.
