I am feeling a wave of emotions right now and need to talk to someone. Preferably someone who is my age (Female, 21) or older, since I have already had a situation.

I was upset about a lot of things that have happened to me recently, but I think I should be grateful to be alive

I don’t want to admit it but dating is something that is roaming my head. I don’t think it’s possible to date with self harm in my mind. I’m barely in college and the thought of telling the people I seduce that I actively self harm is daunting me.

So I made someone younger ( age 19) than me my therapist and I don’t know what to do. I deleted my original response to their post and left the post alone but I don’t know if I did the right thing.
