So I get lots of quotes on anything before I do anything, I then find who I need to work with and keep hiring them back. I am a property manager for a rental company. I called Conrad’s roofing and had a quote come out he gave me a quote to replace the entire side of that roof. He told me I needed to have that entire side of the houses roof replaced. I asked if I could have a manager call me. Was called and again told the same thing the quote was something like 5-6 grand. I then said I got another quote for 1,200 and another for 350 he lipped off to me and said if you can get done for $350 then you don’t need me.

I got it done for $350 it was a whole something like 6-8 roof tiles and some “soft suit” something similiar sounding, anyways I got it done for much cheaper.

I just watched that guy on channel 2 news try and defend why their company would ignore a no solicitors sign and knock on your door anyways. What a set of balls on that guy…

I just never understood that. I have tattoos. I have a lot of tattoos.13 I just counted them. I never got the whole face thing though

The first episode was truly amazing. I watched it twice the day it came out on prime. Or amc plus whatever it was released on I forget. I wish they wouldn’t have gotten greedy with the idea of another tv show and they could have made the perfect ending movie like el Camino was for the show breaking bad. Sorry I just compared the two I feel like I really just struck a nerve with die hard fans

I have a cell phone obviously I can use things like Reddit, emails, texts calls etc. I have 5 gaming systems I use them all and I play campaign games. The reason I have gone without internet is not a financial decision I was highly addicted to internet in a really weird way. I was playing mmorpgs on the computer nearly every hour of every day that I was awake. I would always have some movie or tv show streaming in the background, I had a phone where all it would do is connect to whatever tv is in the room I was in and it would play any movie or tv show ever even ones in theaters. It would play constantly. I would get extreme anxiety if I wasn’t watching something, playing first person shooters online. Gears of war etc, games that take a lot of focus and are fast paced. I would try and turn everything off and I would get overwhelmed with anxiety until I started playing something again. One day I was in the middle of a raid in RuneScape and right at the end when you go and open the chest to get your reward my internet cut out because I forgot to pay my bill, that was well over 4 years ago now. It was different at first but I got more than used to it. I don’t even know what I would but internet for my house to use. Security cameras I guess? I wouldn’t mind online gaming whatever newest call of duty is out but I am afraid I might slip into old habits.

I do have television off what I call rabbit ears just an antenna from the store costs probably 30$ for a decent one. I get sports games and late night as well the news. There’s an old cartoon channel that plays, and random murder mysteries stuff like that. For work which I know will be everyone’s question I do everything I need on my cell phone. I do not play any games on my cell phone no.

I am 31m I have done AA in the past wheee I would count my days and celebrate today I have 37 days sober wooohoo and everyone would clap hahah I have been there done that. I have no clue how long I have been sober. Probably 90 days possibly more. I know that I drank when the snow storm froze me in my house and my car battery froze. I still have those same beers in my fridge. I don’t remember the last time I drank, I don’t count my days, and I’m not giving into the notion of never touching alcohol again, I love drinking. I love getting blackout drunk and binge watching something like Star Wars if I’m being honest. And that’s okay, I just got to a point where I don’t want to do it anymore. But that doesn’t mean at some point 4-5 years from now or 2 years from now or 20 years from now I may start drinking again, I don’t know, I am not a future teller. I think AA helps a lot of people but everyone I know in the program is literally obsessed with alcohol and it literally controls them. I am sitting at a bar now eating a steak salad, both people besides me are drinking it’s not a big deal.. of all the times I have quit alcohol this is the only time I haven’t counted my days like a jackass or gone to meetings every day or sometimes twice a day. This is the only time I haven’t really given it any thought. It just got boring and one day it may be fun again I don’t know. I do know that at some point though I will have a drink again. I once heard a woman who was multiple years sober talk about how she was going to have sparkling juice at her daughter’s wedding for the roast and nobody will know it will be her little secret. Her daughter was still a teenager and not dating anybody. I’m just not letting the program make me obsessed over alcohol because at that point alcohol still owns you.

I can’t prove it. It’s obviously stolen… about $700 I told the girl one of her friends took it, I told her not to tell them because they might get upset at her and kick her out of their house or something. I don’t trust her now is the problem. I can’t confirm she’s not the one who stole it. She left her purse at my house she was in such a hurry to leave. When I called her she ignore all my calls until probably ten minutes later when she herself realized she didn’t have her purse. The more I think about it the more I think she did it to be honest. The problem is I will never know and I don’t think I will ever trust this person again.

I have always done this, I have to have a tank top on. (31 m) I have worn them for so long I feel weird if I don’t have one on. And then I wear no pants, shorts, or even boxers lol. I wear socks and shoes, and I walk for about 2 hours a day. If I jog I put on boxers because it kinda hurts without some support. Anyways you never realize how different you are until you start living with someone or having someone over a lot. I never thought much of it but apparently it’s “really fucking weird”

I take supplements for my back and my joints that cause constipation. I have found that if cant go this helps me tremendously. 1/3 a cigarette im practically clenching my gut to put the damn thing out and im running to the bathroom.

I want a gas only car. I’m going to get it fully loaded option that is gas powered. I have always wanted one for like ten years. I have some questions for how much do you like the car. Is the awd amazing?

I want to know things like does it have automated assisted driving? I am very used to my cruise control centering in the lane and staying a certain distance behind the car infront.

So I go to a pawn show I have some old things to sell not a big deal. I started haggling for fun with the guy about an Xbox one x and this girl my age 31m notixed my Skyrim tattoo and we talked for like 7-10 minutes about skyrim. We got along really well her personality was a 10/10 at this point looks a solid 4 I’m not gonna sugar coat it but she was cool.

So I casually ask do you have a boyfriend Amir are you seeing anybody and the whole attitude shifted and she goes “I’m not interested” and then she just looked at her computer and pretended like she was working. I think I appologized in some manor and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I thank everybody and promptly leave,

I go and sit in my car and think of the whole scenario and if there’s any way I could have possibly offended this person. I’m not the best looking person but I do jog almost daily and am fit. 5-11 31m. So I decide to go back in the store because I was curious if they had tool sets and stuff like that I’ve never actually been inside a pawn shop. So I go back in and I overhear her talking about me saying she didn’t realize he was flirting with me then he asked if I was dating anyone and she started laughing and the 2 guys started laughing and I couldn’t help myself I go what’s so bad about me asking that, I was very polite we seemed to get along and I think it was a very normal question and I certainly don’t want to be made fun of. (Mind you she was overweight and had weird piercing on her lip) I only asked her out because we seemed like our personalities went together really well. She doesn’t respond and just walks in the back. So then one of the guy she works with says you can’t ask out people while they are working because they don’t have the option of leaving and I just asked him how do you think people have met and dated for thousands of years. I think it’s weird that people want to meet on social media platforms. Me and her seemed to get along pretty well and I simply asked if she had a boyfriend. He then looks down at his computer.

Everybody wants to meet each other online now and they act like it weird if you cold approach people but I just find it so strange to talk to total strangers online where who knows if they are lying or using chat gpt to type the messages or if it’s even real pictures of them or photoshopped etc.

I don’t think I did anything wrong, and to literally be made fun of for it by the staff It makes me want to give up even trying. She wasn’t even attractive. I just thought she was really cool.
