Tree branch from one property puts weight on an overhead utility service drop (not at the utility poles) in the next property. Who's normally responsible?
What is the icon on this sub representing? It looks like an overturned bench over a closet flange.
https://phys.org/news/2026-09-photon-einstein-current-physics-earth.html asks
>How did a photon survive a journey of more than 2 billion light-years when, according to known physics, it should have been absorbed long before reaching Earth?
Why would it be surprising to have a photon travel for 2 billion years? Aren't the long distance telescopes, such as James Webb, looking at photons that have traveled even farther?
>During its journey, the photon should have interacted with photons from the cosmic microwave background, the faint relic radiation from the Big Bang that permeates the entire universe, transforming into other particles and disappearing long before reaching Earth.
This seems to imply photons interact with each other and get destroyed in the process?
So am I happy with them on this? Not really.
The choices presented were to have the money sent to Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, or to mail a check after a delay.
I have my insurance auto-debited. If they wanted to make things easy for me, crediting vs future billing would have been better, rather than potentially making a chore for me.
I wonder if they get some kind of kickback for driving people to one of those payment sites.
This is a statement, but there is no such mandatory flair to choose from. So let me ask a question to match the flair: was my post appropriate, or do you think I am getting a gift and then complaining about it?
My credit card number is changing, and I wanted to update the card I have on file with SW. Where on the website might I do that?
Prior payments made with the old card are good.
Person in https://www.reddit.com/r/askaplumber/comments/1vl1okc/comment/p32infl/ has an Amtrol Titan pressure tank. Was wondering what that was. I was surprised to find https://www.amtrol.com/product/amtroltitan/ password protected. Did Amtrol buy somebody who restricts who can buy their products as Flexcon does?

That description is a bit weird to me.
"only fixed diaphragm on the market" -- what would that mean? The rim of the diaphragm is fixed on the Well-X-Trol tanks and all diaphragm tanks, I think. And to operate, a diaphragm cannot be fixed in place; it has to move.
Is OS support necessary for Passkeys? Can't a program, such as Bitwarden, do the needed communication?
I use Windows 11 without logging in, because I don't want to share. In Windows 11 you need a "Windows Hello PIN" to have Bitwarden selected in Accounts > Passkeys > Advanced options Passkey managers.
Can somebody explain the relationship?
IO have a Qrevo Edge S5A, and use the Roborock app.
Can I also use the Xiaomi mi app with that bot? I am thinking I might like to use the apps somewhat alternately.
When I try to take a picture, I often end up taking a motion picture by mistake.
What can I do to tell it when I press the shutter circle, I want a simple photo? There is a selector with camera/movie-camera. The camera icon is selected.
There is a mode selector called Portrait, Photo, and Night Sight. No movie mode. I understand Night Sight. What is Portrait?
Would the dealer prefer a personal check or debit card payment. If debit, I presume that would imply some significant fee associated with accepting a check.
How about a cashier's check on a local bank?
Wire transfer?
Stacks of $100s? I see some dangers with that.
I understand the favorite would be dealer financing, but I am really asking about a cash deal.
Least favorite would be credit card, I presume, because of the high merchant fees.
I was thinking that is how vacuum-only worked. It may have changed with some firmware update
Define a zone or select a room. Vacuum. It would do a simple pattern and not be influenced by remembering there was a rug there at some point. I think it did speed up the fan over a rug, but I thought that was dynamic detection. Now the map trails after vacuuming look weird.
It seems that many use bidet to include bidet seats and bidet attachments on a toilet.
What say you?
TLDR: I found I could drag-scroll the mode line to reveal "Vacuum" and "Customize", and allow me to make those selections.
Quervo Edge S5A, Roborock app.
To the left of the go button, is an indication of a mode, and poking that brings up a mode selection.
The choices are "Vac followed by Mop". "Vac & Mop", "Mop" and "V.." where that last one looks like V followed by the left 1/3 of an "a". Poking that "V.." does nothing. I suspect that if my phone had a wider screen.
In writing this, I got an epiphany, and found I could drag-scroll that line to reveal "Vacuum" and "Customize"
Does the Sams App tell you what aisle an in-store item is located? I was looking yesterday, and I could not find that ability.
This is only for those with Fidelity Treasury auto-roll happening this week.
Expect your SPAXX core holding to be low or zero today Wednesday, and tomorrow Thursday remember to re-buy FZDXX. or FZCXX, or other premium Fidelity money market fund .
That would be a big differentiator in selecting a TV.

My Sams has 2-deep pumping -- when one of the two pumps is deactivated, I don't see it until I am already stuck in that line, and even had somebody else behind me.
This has happened to me twice. The fact was marked differently each time. Once there was a cone or some other indication that one of the pumps was off. Once there was just a yellow bag over the nozzle.
I suggest they come up with some kind of prominent indicator visible before people get stuck in a line that waits twice as long as the normal wait.
Or is wetting the mop pads all done at the dock?
>Height of 9.79 cm: Ideal for cleaning under low furniture.
9.79 cm is 3.854 inches.
https://us.roborock.com/products/roborock-qrevo-edge-s5a#Specs
>Robot Dimensions:13.86*13.66*4.06 inches, Dock: 13.39*19.17* 20.51 inches
SO, which is it? I would tend to think the lower number would be right, since they are writing this as a feature.
EDIT: https://us.roborock.com/pages/robot-vacuum-cleaner-compare also supports the 352*347*97.9mm (Robot) , so that is what I conclude.
I have gotten texts from companies that I only hold stock in in street name. I don't like that. How can I get Fidelity to not share my cellphone number or other info?
