You cannot convince me that the '80s was uncool.

Instead of focusing on the negatives, like conservative politics (which still exists today), AIDS, and bigotry (also still exists now), let's just focus purely on looks.

There were more cooler people back then compared to today's pajamas and socks and slide sandals in public, overly baggy clothes, and gym clothes as fashion. Yes, I know I have very specific styles on here, but I love all the different styles of the '80s.

There was also a lot of timeless, basic outfits that wouldn't look out of place today. Jeans, t shirts, jackets. A formula that has existed well before, during, and after the '80s. Far from the stereotypical image most people have.

Edit: so I'm getting a lot of people who prefer sweatpants, Uggs/Crocs, public pajamas, slob- chic, and gym clothes as high fashion over black, thrifted/DIY clothes and unique jewelry. Strange times we live in.
