Refunding Subscription

Hi, I reached out to customer service about my subscription due to my cat passing away. I've seen before that people haven't been able to get any sort of refund. I just emailed them today and these 2 options were given to me. Just fyi, they may have changed up their policy.

Question about conch

Hello, I have a question regarding my conch. I've had it for over 5 years, it got pierced possibly with a 14g, because I remember having to downsize to a 16g after it healed. I later was able to find a hoop big enough (16g - 14mm) and I've pretty much worn it 24/7 for the last 3 years or so. Now the conch hole appears to be stretched a bit from sleeping on it with the hoop in. I've tried to put in a 16g flat back, but it moves around a lot due to how stretched it's gotten. Any advice on how to kinda heal this up or am I stuck like this forever? I was thinking of putting in a 14g push pin stud to give it a break but I'm not entirely sure yet. Thanks.

Ongoing Medical Issues

Hello, I'm based in Southern California. My cat Pebbles is 10 years old, indoor/outdoor, female, spayed. I've had her since she was a kitten, and she's been healthy her whole life. This year her health really took a turn.

Back in Feb her third eyelid on her right eye started to show, different sized pupils, throwing up on/off. Eating, drinking and restroom okay. They gave her a nausea shot and some fluids. They also did a full blood panel test, urine, and stool. Along with a heartworm and FIV test. Everything came back negative/fine.

In the coming weeks, she developed a dry cough. I took her to the vet and she had an x-ray. They diagnosed her with asthma. She started on steroids, and albuterol, and also eventually the flovent with a spacer once I was able to order it over from Canada. After about a month or so, her symptoms didn't improve whatsoever, even after trying different doses and all that, I eventually tapered off steroids as suggested by the vet and no longer use the inhaler.

I wanted to see if her symptoms would improve on her own, they didn't. I also wanted to give my wallet and my cat a break from the stress. Around May her breathing started to sound wet amongst many other symptoms such as: flared nostrils when breathing, open mouth breathing (no blue/gray gums), snoring, fatigue, weight loss, increased appetite, excessive drooling, third eyelid still showing in one eye, wheezing, sneezing, unkempt fur.

I took her to the vet the other day, they did a full blood panel, urine and stool. They found a small lump by her neck, that they suspected could be a thyroid issue or upper respiratory. Her heart and lungs sounded normal. They took fluid from the lump for testing. I got the results today, the fluid was sent to a specialist for review and basically came back inconclusive. It can't be pinned down to anything in particular without her being seen by a specialist. Blood tests came back fine, no abnormal levels for her thyroid, urine was fine and I still have to collect her stool for testing.

They basically stated from here, she can either go under to check for polyps, refer out to a internal medicine specialist or get a CT scan done to get a better look.

The polyps are obviously not guaranteed to be the issue nor are suspected to be there, but it was an idea. A specialist will cost thousands which I cannot afford and the CT scan estimate is $2,200.

Since they cannot pin down what is wrong with her, she is unmedicated and is struggling to breathe 24/7. I have an airpurifer, no plug in oils, no candles, I dust frequently. I've tried changing her food. At this point I'm trying to keep her as calm as possible and I let her sleep and eat whenever she wants.

I'm so desperate for answers. She's healthy on paper, but for the last month or so she's gone downhill. She's still alert, and gives me love, eats, uses the restroom, grooms herself but she's struggling to breathe and there's virtually nothing I can do to help. Please. If anyone has ANY insight at all, please feel free to share. I cannot let her live her senior years suffering.

I'm looking into maybe having her looked at in Mexico for more affordable care, but I'm not sure how much cheaper vet care and CT scans can get in Mexico.

Is this the same place they shot This is Why?

This photoshoot looks like it took place where they filmed the TIW music video. It looks so similar. Anyone know or agree?

See y'all there ⭐️

I was actually aiming for seats, but it kept saying not available and then the first section grayed out and so did pit. Eventually pit became available again, and to avoid not scoring a ticket at all GA was calling my name. I'm so so excited! Idgaf if I'm in the back, as long as I'm there. 😩

I didn't really see VIP being advertised at all. I didn't even know it was being offered. I'll pass this time around, but just spreading the word for anyone interested.
