Every single time this “Madhu” comes on screen

Even Maanasa was better!
Such a terribly poor character.

Home seasoned with love

Akka is planning on posting ai generated videos about her life and her story every week and make it inspirational for us it seems?

As if we haven’t heard how she rose from the ashes and built an empire 768 times before.

The comments are so stupid as usual.

How did becoming a mom cost you your career growth?

Did you have to sit and watch your juniors and other men climb up the ladder while your whole life felt off balance?

Can you guys give me advice or solidarity?

31F.

Ever since I had my baby 2.5 years ago, my body has not really recovered. I’ve been dealing with multiple health issues, and ongoing tailbone pain. Some days, just getting through the workday feels like a victory.

What hurts is watching my career seem to move without me. A colleague who joined after me is now traveling to all the important locations, meeting leadership, and becoming the visible face of projects. I’m the one sitting in the office, closing the work, following up, and making sure things actually get delivered.

We hold the same position, but visibility and recognition don’t feel equal. I’m terrified that if this continues, he could become my manager.

I keep swinging between emotions: grateful that I still have a job, angry that my health and motherhood seem to have cost me so much professionally, and deeply frustrated that I even have to wonder whether being a woman is part of the reason.

Please tell me I’m not alone. Did anyone else feel like their career paused while everyone else kept moving? How did you cope with the resentment, the guilt, and the fear of being left behind?

Right now I don’t need judgment. I just need to hear from women who understand this feeling.

Chennai and the living expenses

My family moved to Chennai last month, and I genuinely have no idea how people keep their expenses under control. Groceries, takeout, outings, electricity, everything feels so much more expensive than we expected. We track every single rupee we spend, but our monthly total still feels overwhelming. I know moving comes with initial costs, but I’m looking for practical ways to reduce day-to-day expenses without feeling deprived.
For those who’ve made a similar move:

How much do you spend a month for groceries and outing?
What changes saved you the most money?
How did you reduce your electricity bill?
What are some underrated habits that significantly cut monthly expenses?

Has anyone else had on-and-off chest pain for over a year from anxiety or GERD?

I have an anxiety disorder, multiple normal ECGs, two normal chest X-rays, and a doctor suspected GERD. I burp constantly and have a lot of gas, but every chest pain makes me panic that it’s my heart despite the tests. If you’ve experienced this, how did you stop fearing every episode? Did treating GERD or anxiety help?

Has anyone else had on-and-off chest pain for over a year that’s turned out to be anxiety or GERD?

I’ve had intermittent chest pain for about 1.5 years. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in 2018 and was on medication. After having my baby, I developed postpartum depression in 2024 and went through therapy.

I’ve had multiple ECGs and two chest X-rays, all of which were reassuring. A doctor I saw before my gallbladder removal also mentioned that I likely have GERD, although I’m not currently on medication for it.

I burp constantly and pass a lot of gas, and sometimes the chest pain seems to happen around those symptoms. But every single time I feel chest pain, my brain immediately jumps to “What if this is my heart?” and I spiral into panic despite the normal tests.

Has anyone else experienced chronic chest pain from anxiety or GERD for this long? How did you learn to stop panicking every episode? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Parents of toddlers in Chennai… guide me!

I’m planning to put my 2.3-year-old in playgroup (9:30 AM–12:30 PM). I work 9–5 (hybrid), and my husband works 9–6:30 from home but has a packed schedule.

We recently moved to Chennai, and our new nanny has been a terrible fit due to some non-negotiable issues, so we’re looking for alternatives.

If you’ve put your toddler in daycare after playgroup, how did it go? Are they happy and thriving, or did you eventually go back to having a nanny? How do you manage the hours between playgroup and work without family support? I’d really love to hear your experiences.

My son will probably nap for around two hours in the afternoon. On the days I’m working from home, I can somehow manage. But on my office days, I’m struggling to figure out a sustainable solution.

Extreme dizziness and fatigue from critically low vitamin D levels, anyone?

I’m taking the necessary supplements but want to know others experiences and positive stories!

Severe vitamin D and B12 deficiency after months of dizziness and fatigue?

I’ve had severe dizziness for about 6 months and crushing fatigue for nearly a year. I also have idiopathic intracranial hypertension, so I kept assuming all my symptoms were related to that. I saw an ENT, took vertigo medications, tried vestibular therapy, neck massages—nothing really helped.

I’ve wanted to check my vitamin D and B12 for a long time, and today I finally randomly did because of a discounted health checkup. My results shocked me: vitamin D is 8 (lab says normal is above 30) and B12 is 120.

I gave birth two years ago, and I’m also dealing with severe anxiety and depression.
I sent the reports to my gastroenterologist, who prescribed vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for 8 weeks and a daily B12 supplement (looks like a syrup/liquid).

Has anyone had deficiencies this severe? Did treatment significantly improve your dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, mood, or overall quality of life? Did you eventually feel like yourself again? I’d really love to hear some positive recovery stories because I’m feeling overwhelmed and scared.

Trying to get ACT wifi in Chennai

Booked the 3 month plan and they’re asking to pay the full amount upfront

Whereas with other providers like Jio and Airtel, we pay only when everything is done.

Is it reliable!?
