The Fifth Element: Dallas and Zorg do not encounter each other and barely miss each other on an elevator.

Braveheart: Despite name dropping each other the whole film and sending armies after the other, William Wallace and King Edward the Longshanks do not meet at all. Closest interaction was battle of Falkirk where Wallace charged after Longshanks.

N’Dugo (George of the Jungle). Somehow survived a thousand foot fall and ended up in a handful of bandages.

Pawbert (Zootopia 2). Survived falling off mountain with no injuries (well at least ones that can be seen)
