City is not banding trees this years?

All cars are filled with some sticky stuff falling from trees.

I was under impression that usually city band those trees every year

My opinion but AR's ultra hard 20 questions are easy as compared to SH.

I’m in a difficult situation regarding a property in Indore. The building has two separate registries: I own and live on the second floor, while my sister’s children live on the first floor. Sadly, both my mother and my sister have passed away.

Even though we have separate property registries, the municipal office still treats the building as a single unit for tax purposes. Because of this, I am forced to pay the full property tax for the entire building out of my own pocket to avoid being marked as a defaulter. I have spoken to my niece and nephew about paying their share, but they refuse to contribute, claiming that since it was their mother's home, they don't care about the taxes.

I don’t want to be a defaulter, but I cannot keep paying their share. Does anyone have advice on how to handle this situation, how to legally force the municipal authorities to separate our tax liabilities, or how to get my family members to contribute?"

We have two indoor cats, 4F calico and 1M snowshoe.

Their skin/furr doesn't shine.

They look rough(photo attached).

We feed them dry foor of Costco Kirkland brand and clean fountain water(change/replace filters after 20 days).

We give them shower 4 times a year.

They are 100% indoor.

I read questions 2-3 times,or i have to, to understand picture in my mind, any tips?

Also if there is 5 min left and 20 questions left, what should i prioritize? Access>review>escale etc?

We are buying our second car from Toronto and planning to drive bacn to Regina via US.

Anyone have done it before? SGI said they will print out one permit for us, we can paste on car.

Wondering how US police or border will react to it.

We asked if we can use our current car's plate on new car, Knight archer said we cannot.
