Lots of mercury retrograde talk sprinkled throughout this episode. No hate because I love to credit the retrograde for shit going wrong.

*Goes into a long rant about clavicular (ew) says she has been deep diving into his content (yuck) and goes on a therapized buzzword tangent about worrying for his girlfriend's mental health.
Says she would love to interview him ( dear god NO) because she is fascinated by him from a psychological standpoint. ( sorry this portion of the recap is brief but I refuse to give attention to that demonic toxic thing. I wish influencers and the media would just ignore him because he seems to be getting so much coverage and even if it is negative it is helping him stay relevant.)

*Kate Gosselin and credits her for popularizing the Karen haircut (not wrong)
Talks about how horrible the reality TV family grift is. Talks about Collin Gosselin's upcoming book and how she would love to interview him ( I too am interested in reading Collin's book. Jon and Kate plus 8 was a wild era, and that era of reality television exploiting children was insane)

*Talks about the Best/Worst luck thing. Says that fans have called her out for manifesting bad things by always saying she has the Best/Worst luck. Says she is recognizing that she has a tendency to be negative and focus on the negative and recognizes that her health anxiety has been making her neglect her health and wants to change ( This was honestly the most real and positive segment I have seen from Tana in a long time. She seems to be reflecting and taking ownership of her actions and showing a real desire to change and stop victimizing herself. Go Tana, we are rooting for more of this!)

*Talks about crashing the car and taking driving lessons. Admits she was arrogant about not needing to take driving courses because 90 percent of people don't take them and get a license but now she sees she does need them. ( I think her perception is wrong about people not taking driving lessons before getting their license. Most people I know took driver's ed before getting their license but good on her for doing the right thing)

*House talk. Says she wants to move because she has more House than she needs. Says she is getting rid of everything she owns and decluttering (okay girl, I hope you do cut back on your shopping addiction but it's been like one month since your last haul)

Talks about being obsessed with getting Tbagged by makoa and it's making her forehead break out ( I hate her for making me type that sentence.)

*J/K xana’s back. Says her and Makoa took an edible ( so much for loosely quitting weed. She also has a ceramic xanax bar on her bookshelf proudly displayed behind her during this entire episode because Pill head is her brand identity)

Talks about her pulled muscle hospital stay. (She was all over the place in this
segment so pardon the bouncing around on topics.)

*Says she turned in bed after getting Tbagged (why 😑) and felt a sharp pain in her abdomen and couldn't stand up from the pain. She then goes into an explanation about how she has been working out like crazy ( I'm gonna need proof of this claim)

Tana says she is in her fitness era and is going to run a half-marathon with Trisha in October. ( I got a good laugh after this revelation. Should we start a betting pool about this?)
*Segues into her wisdom tooth for a moment she went to a new doctor about her strange healing from her wisdom tooth ( we almost made it through an episode without having to hear about that damn tooth. Healing takes time girl, give it a rest.)
*back to the pulled muscle. Convinces herself she has appendicitis and goes to the ER. They gave her a bed and immediately offered her morphine and said she turned down the morphine ( Okay, my theory is she did turn down the morphine but asked for Percocet instead. Three weeks ago you committed DV and threatened self-harm because they wouldn't give you opiates)

*The ER doctor who cared for her is apparently very good-looking and is TikTok famous. She said he is going to be interviewed for a future BS episode. ( Love a hot doctor so I will be seated)

*released from the hospital after a bunch of scans and diagnosed with a pulled muscle. She said the pain went away after two days so she is convinced it wasn't a pulled muscle but a GI issue aand she has now diagnosed herself with cyclosporia 🙄 (So much for trying to conquer your health anxiety)

*Buster took a tumble in the pool and she had to take him to the vet to make sure he was okay (glad her sweet boy is ok!!)

*Teases upcoming episodes of BS, says she wants a pet psychic on and is having an upcoming dream mystery guest on.

*Talks about For You Fest and how excited she is to be headlining and that she is putting together a comedy-focused set ( countdown to her medical emergency before the show so she has an excuse for putting together a half assed show)

*Rants about consumption and instant gratification again and how she is getting rid of everything she owns. Briefly touches
on shoegate (it's so hard to hear her talk about this topic when she is the epitome of over consumption.)

*Teases the upcoming debut of BS patreon ( I am not willing to part with my hard earned pennies for a membership but if there is interest in bonkers BS breakdowns of patreon content maybe I will crowd fund for the subscription fee. Although let's see if she can actually get it together to launch)

*Tana talks teeth for a bit. Keeps saying she has ‘toilet teeth’ because they are made of porcelain ( such a disturbingly accurate description that should never be made about ones own teeth)

*Tana tangenting about herself to the guest she is supposed to be interviewing (classic Tana) about her sobriety and growth. Trevi seems checked out during most this because it is a very “unsober” rant about sobriety
Says she was very cognizant even during the most excrutating pain that she didn't want to get addict again ( Ok, so she was so present and aware during her absolutely psychotic pill melt down where she threatened self harm and committed domestic violence? That is even scarier)

*Tana says she is the most sober she has ever been. She starts talking about her weed consumption and drops the banger that she “loosely quit weed at coachella” (she really needs rehab because her denial is level 10)

*Tana talks about being prescribed various medications for anxiety including benzodiazpens. Says she understands why people might worry but she has done her due diligence by consulting therapists, psychiatrists etc. (lies, lies, lies. She isn't in therapy. She takes benzos that are not prescribed to her, all concerning addict behavior.)

*Trevi seems uncomfortable. (It is a little disappointing to see Trevi let Tana ramble about being sober when she isn't but I get it. Tana is going to Tana and no friend can get her to see the truth she doesn't want to see.)

More tangenting about how she wants to be a role model and mama bear to the community and wanting to not respond to comments because it is pointless. (So far this entire episode has been Tana responding to comments)

Lot’s of interuppting and me, me, me talk.

Tana starts talking about her FYP (riveting content) and screaming about the snarky comments she sees on other peoples videos using a terrifying voice that Trevi calls her on by saying “Who are you? Alex Jones?” (Trevi is genuinely funny and I am kind of shocked Tana left it in because it is so true and scary)

*Wow, interuppting is crazy!! Trevi tries to pivot and talk about world cup and Tana just cuts her off to continue her creepy AJ voice about people snarking on Tate mccrae at the world cup. Trevi kind of snaps and tells her to let it go and that it is just unhappy people making snark comments and to let it go.

*More Tana talking about herself. Now she is talking about her plans for making her 28 things she has learned at 28 youtube video ( How to conduct an interview and self awareness better not be on that list)

*Trevi comes in with the good advice that she needs to learn to filter herself and not let the little things get to her which sparks another Tangent of how she knows she is a good person, how much work she has done on herself, how great she treats everyone in her life (Tana, you literally assaulted your boyfriend and traumatized your assistant three weeks ago.)

*Mid Tana Tangent about how deep and profound their friendship is Trevi bursts in to tears saying she is going through a really hard time and jokes maybe she just wants Tana to stop talking about herself.

*Trevi is going through her first heartbreak and opens up about how hard it is for her.
Tana just makes it all about herself. Stars talking about her own first heartache, her break up with Brad souza. ( Tana needs to hire an editor! This episode is so painful to watch and could have been good if she wasn't making it all about her)

*Trevi is finally able to speak and has some
Inspiring reflection about relationships and the struggle for Trans people right now. (my heart goes out to Trevi, she is amazing and I like hearing her reflections)

*Obligatory rant about how awful men are but some are good. Trevi made a funny and said not all men are part of the “Dogathon 2000” ( I am all for hating on awful men but Tana has been so awful lately that it seems hypocritical)

*More retrograde talk and Tana attributes crashing her rolls into her gate to the retrograde but says she is going to attend driving school (Now that is some positive news!)

*Trevi says look maxxers on Trans and
Tana says she wants to have clavicular on ( fucking pathetic and gross. I hate that she is clout chasing by bringing up that scourge on society)

**** Bonkers story ahead****

Tana tells a bonkers story about being at Target and getting her cart switched with another shopper. She blamed it on the other woman being crazy but she sounded pretty weird while telling it. Trevi was waiting at her house and said they were all wondering what happened because they were gone for two hours to go to Target. Trevi also calls Tana out for losing her train of thought mid-story lately. This story was kind of all over the place and I don't have the energy to go further in to it's lore. (addict patterns/ behavior)

*The start the episode talking about music from their time at the mansion taking them back in time. H talks about being on a date with her “mystery man” ( I get irrationally annoyed when she calls her douche of a date/boyfriend? This moniker. We know who he is because you have posted him and gone on a date with your names literally embroidered on your clothing and sat rink side. Grow the fuck up, Holly)

*B says she submitted her first draft to her publisher but has 70! Pages of extra writing that she wants to submit. The publisher is asking for 30 photos but she is going to submit 100 (Let's send a prayer out for her editor. I can only imagine the fight she will put up having anything omitted from the book. I honestly think H’s suggestion of doing a coffee table/photo style book would be so much more interesting and give her a unique product rather than the rehashing of old stories that have already been told on the pod.)

****Oh god Briget starts Blonging™️****
about scrapbooking and scrapbook parties back in the day “They were like Tupperware parties, but not Tupperware parties where a woman would come with all the supplies…”
Hef said he never went through the scrapbooks with people and Bridget takes it as further proof of how special they actually were to Hef 🙄

*H talks about Hef’s past relationships and says she was at a point that she didn't feel insecure about his exes and then goes on to make a bunch of snide comments about Kimberely and they both tell pretty inane stories about interacting with Kimberely. They tell a story about Cristal Camden saying Kimberly came up to her at a Christmas party and asked her how it feels to be fucking her husband. They are both convinced Kimberly must have been trying to sabotage them. ( I think it would be pretty normal to feel weird that your ex is now parading his harem of seven girlfriends around her children. Sure she married Hef but she had really toned down the mansion atmosphere to be kid friendly and I totally get not loving the group sex vibe that replaced it when she left.)

*More insufferable timeline talk!!!! Please stop the timeline talk. It is a dead horse at this point and we know the timeline of everything because we have had four years of you all talking about the timeline. The only timeline descrapancy that matters is when Holly started dating Cris.

***Obligatory Crystal reference because they can't go an episode without it! ****
They show a picture of the party posse and H comments in the episode that she got rid of a bunch of them. H doesn't love that she said that because she actually didn't have any power to get rid of any of them (sure, Jan) then they talk about how Crystal was the actual mean girl and was the one who got rid of people at the mansion 🙄

*Holly rants about Kevin including really bad/ugly pictures of her from the scrapbook as revenge for her leaving the show ( Maybe he was pissed that Holly thought she was being so smart by secretly dropping tons of her secret boyfriend's merch in the episodes while she was cheating on Hef.)

*The rest of the episode them doing the same complaining about Crystal, victimizing themselves, and hating on Kendra. Snore!

*The episode starts with them
Talking about Tana eating oatmeal with a fork. Tana says she can't bite into anything because she only has TWO! Molars on top and bottom without veneers. I get the feeling Trish is low-key annoyed with Tana for always eating during the episodes which is valid. I am sure it makes editing and continuity harder.

*This episode was filmed right after their first (and probably only) stage rehearsal before their Vegas show. Tana says it's the first time she has ever rehearsed before a performance (oh, we know sis)

*Tana launches into her story about her “car chase” which we already heard on BS weeks ago. The story is longer and more embellished than the telling on BS and Trish is side-eyeing her hard. Tana says she can't think of why the guy was so mad but thinks it might be because she was going 8-10mph under the speed limit on the freeway for 10! Minutes ( driving under the speed limit is not safe especially on the freeway!!!! She doesn't get that some people go slow on purpose as a form of road rage and I'm guessing that the other driver may have thought she was fucking with him on purpose)
For the first time in my memory, Trish seems to be challenging Tanas outrageous storytelling and I'm here for it!
Then Tana reveals that she got out of the situation by RUNNING A RED LIGHT!! (This is absolutely horrific to hear. If this is true, she could have seriously killed someone all because she thinks some guy was following her. Pray for the streets of LA and Hawaii with Tana Mongeau behind the wheel)

*Tana talks about wanting to sell her house. Says it's way too much of a financial commitment and far bigger square footage than she needs (wholeheartedly agree. Tana seems happy with a Condo type of homeownership. No shame in that)

*Tana talks about Buster and Trish asks if Tana walks him and you can totally tell Tana is lying when she says that she walks him. Tana talks about how much she loves Buster (❤️) and gets sad thinking about how one day he will die (Yall this is hitting me so hard because I am currently holding my fur baby who only has a few days left. 😭😭😭😭😭 hug and love fur children as much as you can)

***** The turning point of Trisha and Tana’s working relationship ****

* Tana says she is on a self-imposed media ban because she has so much work to get done in the twelve days before their Vegas show. Says she won't watch TV, isn't watching TikToks won't be doing social media, or even listening to music except she did listen to ‘Viva Las Vegas’on repeat in the car so she can learn the lyrics. (Y'all should go watch this clip because Trish is not buying this shit AT ALL. You can tell Tana is lying by her body language)

*For the first time in history Trish holds Tana’s feet to the fire and asks her what her morning was like today. Tana squirms
and says her morning was “being really sad that Isabelle is leaving” Trish isn't buying it and asks if the movers were there today. Tana does a fake laugh and lies saying she left today, says she took adderall (mama has to get in a pill reference at least once an hour) does a rundown of working on editing, brand deals, and her daily vlog (RIP)

*Tana talks about going to her Med Spa. Says they are literally family and how she can just waltz in there and do things unconventionally (This is such an
Accurate take on her relationship with this med spa. They are enablers who have no regard for her actual appearance or health and will do whatever she asks for)

*Finally take a call that is too boring to write about.

*Tana introduces Paige and they are sitting out on a balcony in Cabo. Same shitty, unprofessional setup with only an hour of sunlight left in the day. Paige starts the episode talking about her yeast infection (😑) ( This episode was filmed 4! months ago. How the fuck can it take 4 months to get the slop of a BS episode done?!?)

*They say that they were originally going to start a podcast together called ‘The pee pee poo poo show’ with a Lisa Frank theme set. Goes on to basically describe the set design idea which sounds like a rip-off of the NLL set. Joke that they would have done three episodes and then gotten bored and abandoned ( thank god they did not try and launch this show)

*Tana says she originally planned to launch BS on April Fools day but didn't because she didn't want people to think BS is a joke (that ship has sailed) Paige says she can imagine Dave Portnoy writing a dissertation about it. Tana talks about Dave calling her a clown and warning people not to work with her. Paige talks about trying to wake Tana up for her appearance on BFF’s and Tana telling her to tell them she had COVID less than an hour before she was supposed to be there. Says that Dave calling her out as an unreliable Bozo was one of the things that motivated her to eventually get “sober” ( I wish more people in Tana's life would call her out because she still has some work to do. BS launched on May 9th FYI so only 5 weeks late which is basically on time in Tana’s world)

*Talking about attachment styles and dating bait and switch. Tana says she lied at the beginning of relationships and lies to Makoa about liking waking up at 7 am
( kind of hilarious to think she was able to fake getting up early in the beginning with Makoa)

*Talk about seeing LeBron James on the tarmac. Talked about seeing Kylie's plane in the hangar previously. ( annoying because she has already told this old ass tea multiple times)

*rant about dating, guacamole,
levels of chill among friends. Tana admits that she has no chill even though she thinks that she is chill and living in LA. Tana talks about missing the grittiness of Hollywood and interacting with mentally ill people.

*The Coke or adderall has really kicked in and they are motor-mouth gassing each other up. They discuss their inner voices, Tana’s Rolls-Royce, scarcity mindset, and giving back.

*They are filming in the dark now as the sun has set. Talk about their friendship origin story and how it's all because they both knew Lana Rhoades. Tana met Lana through Jeff and Mike and Paige had a roommate who worked for Lana. ( How is she so lazy that she can't start the pod at like 3pm. )

*Goes on an unbelievable rant about how going through pain makes you stronger and teaches you lessons that you need to learn ( if only this were actually a truthful statement about Tana’s ability to handle pain and find the lessons in the struggle.)

This was a pretty boring and unnecessary episode. It's such a bad look to release an episode that was filmed so long ago because they have already told most of the stories on other podcast episodes so it just feels like recycled, lazy content.

The only episodes that have been released were filmed before Vegas. Tana and Trisha are listed as seperate headliners at the upcoming festival and neither of them mentioned performing with each other.

Good and bad luck have nothing to do with the bad situations she finds herself in. She knew for a whole year that her wisdom tooth was coming in yet she did not do the responsible thing and take care of it before it became a bigger problem affecting her work. Tana needs to take responsibility for her reckless actions and their consequences and stop blaming it on bad luck.

*Starts off by saying this is the most censored filledpodcast she will make. Says that It 6:58pm and the sun sets at 8:10pm. ( great job on planning your podcast with one hour of sunlight. The last half of the episode is her sitting in the dark with no lighting. So professional and Brand Safe)

*Says she is in shock, aghast and a shell of the person she used to be on day 9 of her recovery says she doesn’t even see in color anymore. Says this has but a dark cloud over her bday as she sits in a rented mansion on the Malibu coastline. Talks about having friends over for her bday Said Brooke came to visit

*Says she is going to do another video of 28 things that she learned by 28 because the one she did for 27 was so profound and the first time she ever thought about solo podcasting. (Please! Spare us and don't do it)

*Goes on a rant about the comments regarding the last episode where she said she wanted to make a concerted effort to have better grammar and stop saying you know what I mean and um. Says people in the comments were telling her that the grammar mistakes are what makes her her and that she is eloqeuntly spoken
Says her rebuttal is that she is in an era where she wants to become as smart and well spoken as possible ( prove it and take an English class!)

*Talks about the Vegas show and how sad she is that it wasn’t as great as it could be.
Said she and Trish had spent the 12 days before the show busting their assss to get ready for the show. She writes off her poor performance was due to her being in fight or flight the whole time on stage and it hindered her hard work( Girl, we all know you went to one rehearsal. You were gambling and hanging out with your friends in Vegas days before the show not rehearsing.)

*Admits Wisdom tooth has been coming in for over a year! (She truly never takes accountability for not being a responsible adult)

*Says she was too scared to do the anesthetia and also scared of using the sedative that they wanted to give her because one of the side effects could be extreme rage.
Her dentist basically tells her to self administer Xanax for the procedure. Talks about having a long history of Xanax use and her regularly using it so she has a light tolerance for it( this story makes no sense. I wonder if she is taking way more Xanax than she admits to so didn’t want to risk an OD by taking the other sedative. Also think it is weird that a dentist would have her take her own supply of Xanax for a procedure)

****PSA this part is Bonkerrrrs!! ****
Says her friends, assistant and Makoa won’t give her a norco because she already took Xanax. They want to call the doctor to make sure it is ok to give her Norco. She flies in to rage kicking, hitting Makoa, running around the house looking for any pain relievers. Dumped a Gatorade all over Makoa. Runs outside and says she is going to do something so crazy that will make the police come and then they will give her drugs. Runs in to the street in her underwear and starts knocking over trash cans in the street. Is running and breaking things. Laughs about taking a knife out of the drawer and said she would kill herself.
Started texting her old drug connects. ( this sounds truly terrifying for her friends and employees. She needs to seek help)

*She called 911 on herself
Paramedics won’t do anything
Apologizes to Makoa
Goes in to a major deflection rant. Says it wasn’t about her being fucked up on the meds it was the pain and the fact that meds were being withheld from her.

*Says her and lil xan would take 17 norcos to go to cvs. Says that she wishes she could tell her old self that there would be a time where she didn’t want to take the norco and Xanax as if she didn’t do exactly that. That she didn’t want to take them but she had to and then complains about how telling a couple of dentists one time that she had a problem with opiates and now they won’t prescribe her Percocet. ( this whole part was scary dark addict behavior. She needs to get in to recovery to realize how she is still an addict and is not using these normally)

*More ranting, raving, screeching and flailing around about the agony she is in ( every time she breaks in to one of these episodes she will have a moment where she remember she is supposed to be in pain and will stop flailing around do this performative hand to the jaw like she is in pain)

Talks about norcos fucking with her sleep and having crazy dreams.

*Says she had to go to three dentists and diagnosis and jokes that last one was on the spectrum. The dentist does a deep dive in to her medical history. She mentions her scoliosis and he asks how she knows she has scoliosis ( makes me think she has never been diagnosed with scoliosis and uses it as another excuse for whatever BS she is doing)

Talks about her TMJ that is treated with Botox and is so offended that he looked at her and said “ oh you are Botox girl aren’t you?” ( girl you face is fucked up and your lips look insane from your overuse of Botox so don’t get offended by someone calling it what it is)

She talks about having to get an xray and he says that she seems tired which apparently enrages her then she screams this horrific line implying her should unalive himself.
“find a ceiling fan, find a chair, find a rope. You know what to do”

He ends up prescribing her gabapentin which is obviously why she is so enraged because she desperalty wanted stronger opiates than the norcos she was already taking. Addict behavior to a T.
( What. Is. Wrong. With. Her?!?!!? Why would you ever think or say this about someone let alone podcast and publish it. She is a horrible person)

*Another screeching, pschaotic, rage about only getting prescribed gabapentin
The dentist sent a report to her other dentist and said her Mild to moderate pain caused by smoking. ( she must have dry socket and is not copping to it)

*Then goes in to her Trismus/lock jaw.
Goes in to the anatomy of the jaw. Says she had lock jock and couldn’t open her mouth and couldn’t talk properly. ( girl you have not shut the fuck if since you had this done. This has not slowed your yapping at all)

*Says it has made her so grateful for quality time, that she doesn’t get a lot of quality time because she works so much. (No words for this delusional statement)

*Rants she felt like Stephen hawking!! And meant it. (Girl do not compare yourself to a quarrapalegic who can’t even speak with out a computer. You have been crying screaming yapping in to the camera or your phone every day! And yes he is a gross person but still is crazy to act like her tooth removal would even compare to that)

*Goes in to a monologue she has worked so hard to be present and sober and did not want to have to take the painkillers and hates blaming things on the painkillers. (Right, we believe you miss had to take a Xanax, gabapentin and adderall to interview Chelsea handler. You just did a photo shoot with your pill case so please do not say that you work so hard to be present. )

*Talks about her rash which is body acne. (Earlier she talked about not showering for the past 8 days so I’m gonna guess it was caused by that.)

*Does a run down the insane list of pain/nausea/anxiety/laxatives.

Another screeching session. Says this has taught her she can overcome anything and now thinks she can get pregnant, have a boob job and become a boxer.
Rants about her self diagnosed OCD

Since Tana has pivoted into her “clean girl” era and proclaimed herself to be brand safe has there been actual evidence of her getting brand deals that were previously out of reach? I know she had her big Tarte collab but I am failing to think of any other big deal that she rolled out. On the other hand, Trisha has been living a true brand safe redemption arc. She guested on two of the biggest streaming shows ‘Hacks’ and ‘Euphoria’, had a major collab with Benihana, just debuted a huge GLP1 campaign with Ro, did commercials for Chilis, and multiple commercials for Arby’s. I am sure there are more that I am missing but it is wild that Tana has egotistically rebranded herself as brand safe without any major brand deals to prove her status.

For the love of God please do not release a dramatic episode of BS about your single wisdom tooth removal. Read the room, the country, the world, and realize that whatever agony this mild medical procedure has caused you is a piss in the ocean compared to what the average person deals with on the daily.

*They talk about the name of the pod and Tana asks Trish about her journey to getting brand safe. Trish attributes her success to getting sober and going to therapy!! Trish asks Tana if she has gone to therapy and Tana says she has tried but every therapist just told her to hug her inner child ( I am glad that Trish is talking about the importance of therapy. Tana needs to realize it takes a lot of continuous internal work to actually start healing)

*Tana is using the term ‘trickle down economics’ in the completely wrong context to explain being shunned by other influencers and brands. She is so embarrassing

*Talk about a fellow influencer, who she considers a friend, starting a company that gifting her friends and roommates free products to use, and not Tana. Says her friends told her that person doesn’t want Tana to promote her product. Not sure who she is talking about but Trish rightfully brings up that it is fucked up that her friends are telling her the shirt people are talking about her then Tana pivots and says she’s so glad to be out of that part of LA

*They talk about making content for their Patreon and Tana was telling another sex story about getting her “back blown out” (eww, I hate this saying) Trish brings up that she is really not trying to be very brand safe with her content says she isn’t judging and doesn’t mind being nsfw but it just is not brand safe behavior.
