I hope they have a sign saying they are reclaiming the stolen land. Good to see the native language of a 10,000 year old civilization coming back.

Do the indigenous people have the right to moderate and sell their fentanyl now?

Hey everyone, just a heads up there is a group of nazi bikers in the valley this weekend. They are identified by the short fat blonde skank in the SS hoodie. Last seen around Middleton.

Hi folks!! I'm a trans person currently working on a farm until the fall in Québec, but I'm looking to discover the outdoors nova scotia! So I'm wondering if any of you know of cool projects, communal or related to farming and permaculture, where queer folks are welcome:)) It could also be around a garden or a cultural space!

Thanks so much!!

I mean the title says it all, right? I've never had a Crunchwrap Supreme and the nearest Taco Bell is like an hour away, by car, which I don't own. This entire issue, and it is a serious issue, could be solved by having Taco Bell everywhere.

I am prepared to launch a campaign to run for Premier based on this issue and this issue alone. I really want a Crunchwrap Supreme.

So sick of NSP's bullshit. Two days in a row now NSP has failed to deliver power on bright sunny days due to 'overhead equipment failure'. Fuck all the way off. Two days in a row I get to roast instead of sleep. Also I hope they're ready to pay for both grocery runs of food that will be wasted because of this.

"Minister Fred Tilley said he can’t talk specifics about the changes in the works"

Hold up. Why does the government have to regulate this? This will only make used cars more expensive. Let the free market do its thing.

Maybe go after the criminals who commit fraud to fix this problem. Make fraud easier to convict. But they won't because government officials will get in more trouble too.

What's going on here?

Why is the white car ramming a black civic? And would insurance cover a vigilante car ramming to stop a crime?

"She said it’s often female elected officials who see a disproportionate amount of hate online, and that some of it is so ridiculous all she can do is smile and laugh."

Why does everything have to resort back to gender? And men get hated in politics on a grander scale.

And why can't the police trace back who's harassing her? Can't VPN companies cough up the data to track the person?

Do you eat may contain wheat products? Or is that still a no go for celiacs? Anyone push the limits with it? Or find they can get away with it. Open discussion welcome.

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to get into the trade and wanted to get some honest feedback on how difficult it currently is to land a first-year apprenticeship as a Refrigeration / HVAC Tech, specifically around East coast with zero experience. I have a 1 year automotive diploma but didn't get hours for my apprenticeship and now work as a very experienced cook.

Is it realistic to expect a shop to hire me on green as a helper and help teach me, or do most local employers expect you to have some experience first? I'd love to know what the market looks like for entry-level guys right now, what kind of work (residential vs. commercial) is easiest to break into.

Thanks for the advice!

Is my cooking career over? Like I know I can cook. But not being able to taste stuff to check? Like will I only go by recipes and trust my coworkers opinions on seasoning and taste?

It's gonna make it hard but I just feel like giving up and joining a trade like refrigeration repair.

How many teenagers need to be mauled to death on their bicycle?

And if nothing is going to change, why can't I own a pet tiger? It's not the tiger that's dangerous, it's just bad owners, right?

I know it's raining out today. But we all got to practice saving our number ones and twos for a whole days and not flush. It's affecting our water supply.

I know people don't like socialism but seat belts on toilets and a one flush limit per day is pretty fair.

There seems to be a large call to increase property taxes, but this doesn't sit right with me.

I am a working class person. I own a modest home. Dual family income, of about 100k.

Why is the solution for services underfunding to tax me more?

From property taxes, to income taxes, sales tax, fuel tax, on and on. Over 40% of my income goes towards tax already when you account for all forms of taxes.

Then also note, I pay things like water and hydro separately. Including infrastructure charges for these things.

Why the fuck is 40% of my income going to taxes not enough for these basic services? Why is the answer for me, a working class person, to pay more taxes?

How the fuck is 40% of my income going to taxes not enough for these basics?

I am asking here because there seems to be a lot of support for raising property taxes.
