Advice

I'm M21 and girlfriend is F21 short LDR and both love each other 7 months currently, both are the beginning of last year of uni, we have plans on moving together but not until we finish our last year of uni. Her parents were hesitant and we haven't spoken about it to them. But my parents knows and are supportive, willing to meet them. However we both currently in summer holidays, and I lived alone, now moved back to my parents house and she did the same before I did. Now I thought of telling her that we could move in together in my city around this September. Should I move in sooner rather than to wait 7 months for the uni to finish?

TLdr: Planning on moving with my girlfriend in couple of months or move in sooner together?

Mobile confiscated

My phone was confiscated whilst doing search on me. Just allowed a quick triage another phone no evidence found and given back immediately. However another phone was taken and I want to allow a quick 5-10mins triage by the OIC but unsure as they are very small evidence on the phone and I don't know what they will do once they find it.

Also If I didn't have my phone with me would they still somehow find it? The case has finished but I'm wondering If I could chosen a better choice.

Mobile Confiscated

My phone was confiscated by police two days ago as part of an ongoing investigation. I’m on police bail at the moment. They told me the police still want the phone to look for evidence. They want a little bit of info, not a full-blown investigation into everything on the phone. I am open to a forensic triage/examination. My main question is how long realistically can this process take. How quickly is an initial phone triage typically done? Could they return the phone after preserving the evidence if they only need to identify a small amount of relevant evidence? Are two days too early to expect some progress? How long do police generally hold phones due to digital-forensics backlogs Would it be reasonable for my solicitor to ask the investigating officer for a timescale estimate? I am not asking for advice on how to delete, hide or change anything on the phone. I just want to know what the normal process, and the realistic timescale, looks like.

My girlfriend parents hate me and I don't know what to do.

I’m a 21M and my ex is 21F. We were in our first serious relationship, and I was also her first everything. We loved each other deeply and never cheated on each other. Nor any other issues or arguments apart from this.

The relationship ended after one little small stupid incident, during an argument in the last night of our first holiday abroad which was I found a man’s phone number in her WhatsApp, but found out that man was dead but she made me agree on a boundary where I can't get any girls phone number apart from work and cousins and I asked her the same thing, which I had none. I ask her to remove the phone number but instead of talking with me she cried and I tried talking with her and hug her but she walked off and called her parents saying that she's upset and not happy with me. The morning, I tried absolutely everything to sort it out although I was tired. I apologised and tried to make it up for her, but seems like she spoken to her mother and started to hide her phone from me.

We then flew back to her parents house at 4am at that day. Her parents simply packed my stuff without telling me and didn’t have any chat and asked me to leave the house at 5am in the morning. I drove all the way back and my ex said let him stay but they wouldn’t. She wanted me to stay but her parents forced her not too. It feels like they hate me even though I did nothing wrong to them and I apologise to them, and felt I was punished even though this is between us two. It’s been a day later.

Now with her parents telling her not to be with me over and over again. She eventually said she needed to end the relationship for her wellbeing. She said she still loved and cared about me but felt this was the right decision, however I said I was busy when she called me and I told her that I was going to call her tomorrow. I called her and said that I don't agree with this especially after just one small mistake but her mother got involved and said that I am upset that you made her sad, I tried to tell her that Its her choice but they were resilient to change their mind. She then messaged me again saying that I want to end the relationship (but at this time, she hasn't blocked me), I messaged her saying "how about a time out". She agreed to it and called me saying that she wants to give me a second chance (but mind you her parents are with her) I said fine and had plans on going out cinema with her and to the zoo. She ended the call and didn't expect much after. The same day she called me again saying that she wants to change from a week of no contact whilst still having my find my and all the social media to no contact at all until she decides when to message me when she's ready, I disagreed but later I said its fine. She then again calls me, this time saying that she doesn't know what to do and I kept saying its fine and I needed to take a shower but she said she needed to think about it and talk to her parents again, I said we can take it a step by step. She messaged me saying that don't contact me until I'm ready to do my decision. A day later, she messaged me saying that I'm sorry but I want to end the relationship and don't want to have no contact you again. I called her the very next day saying that I want to break up and end the call. After two days, she called me, saying that she didn’t want to end in a bad way or end at all and I put boundaries and said that we want to work this out and she said she would call me back the next day, but she never did. She later kept her distance, and I’m trying to respect that. She blocked me on everything and removed me from Spotify too. Just to be clear this feels too quick to break up rather than have a break, like I was about to get back with her just as a break but they decide to have break up instead.

I’ve been blaming myself a lot and wondering whether my mistakes pushed her away completely. I want honest opinions.

This if I ever get another chance with her or in a future relationship? And what do i do with her parents

P.S I waited couple of weeks no contact and knowing I was blocked. I tried to send a flower to her as a gift through uber delivery driver. Her parents were home and instead of letting her take it, they blocked the door and her Dad kept saying no over and over again. And his wife is standing behind him whilst my ex is behind all of them. My ex was saying no, let me take the flower but they wouldn't let her. I heard this from the uber delivery driver telling me this.

Also planning on calling her mother, on the Monday to ask if they want to a café and see what happens there. She said no and planning on getting my stuff back from her at some point.

TLdr: My girlfriend parents hate me even though we both love each other and could've been sorted out very easy as this is the only mistake we ever had and felt like that they have overacted.

I broke the no contact

I'm 21M and my ex 21F, I called her mother since her mother wouldn't let her come back to me. I've tried my best, messaged left voice message and even sent a flower, the parents rejected it even though my ex wanted it. I called her mother and said that I was improving and we can go back step by step but she simply said no I don't want you to contact your ex anymore. My brother spoken to her too and she ignored him and said some bs. We broke up over a small one mistake.
