44 mri tech married kids feel more isolated than ever!

Mid 40s are strange! Went from coaching and travel ball on the go non stop for sports and coaching to now teenagers and a large vacancy in my life! Went from all consuming to independent children who work and hide and in their rooms. How did you guys fill the void or feel normal again!?!?!? Ben in Vermont
