For the 1/3 of Australian households that are renting. Has the negative gearing and capital gain tax removal affected your rents in anyway? like did it increase or remain the same?

Anyone else bummed out that Syria is actually progressing and Afghanistan is lagging behind?

So Syria has gone through a real shitshow in the past decade and is now under the leadership of a former Al Qaeda fighter. Al Sharaa is in favor of a women's right to work and seek education. The international community has removed sanctions on Syria and things have begun to gradually improve. Syrians I speak to at my work place are hopeful for the future now that investments and international trade is happening again in Syria.

Meanwhile in Afghanistan the sanctions are still in place and everything seems to be going downhill. The whole education and work bans for women really soured relations between the Taliban government and the international community. There are like no massive investments coming into the country to help rebuild it. I have family members in Afghanistan who tell me that, in the major cities, there are hundreds of grown men huddling in front of these vehicles, where an employer is asking for workers. There are grown-ass men crying because they were not picked as workers.

I am looking for a game similar to Dragon Age Origins. Also why is Bioware taking so many Ls???

I am looking for games similar to Dragon Age Origins. Baldur Gates 3 really gave me Dragon Age Origin vibes. Is there any other games like this?

So after Dragon Age Inquisitions it has just been flop after flop. Can someone please provide an objective explanation on who's fault this is? Like is the fault 50% Bioware and 50% EA?

Mobile Speed Camera Question.

So I drove through the Princes Highway near the Sandown Racecourse in Melbourne Victoria and there were 40 limit because of an event signs on a usually 80 limit road. There was also a mobile speed camera parked on the side of the road. Is this mobile speed camera capturing cars that go pass 80 or 40? I see plenty of cars going pass it at about 50-60km/h. Has anyone else experience this where the limit is 80 but there is a temporary 40 limit with a road side camera near by.

Do we know how much Mike was making a year working with Gus, compared to when he was just a contractor providing services to clients like Pryce?

Is Walt main advantage the fact that everyone keeps underestimating him, except for Jesse?

Is Walt's main advantage the fact that everyone keeps underestimating him, except for Jesse? Apart from the audience and Jesse, his opponents just view him as this elderly meth cook. We, as the audience, know that Walt can strategize, create weapons, and build bombs.

Jesse knows how dangerous Walt is and says he has the luck of the devil. Jesse was the only one who came close to outwitting Walt near the end. Like, if Hank took Walt seriously after the arrest, he would have driven off immediately instead of gloating and allowing the neo-Nazis time to arrive.

Anyone happy with the proposal to remove CGT discount and negative gearing?

Anyone happy with the proposal to remove the CGT discount and negative gearing? Once it is implemented, several politicians have said it could take about 20 years for houses to become affordable again. So, you may not be able to afford a house, but your kids and grandkids might.

What happened to Mike's IQ in his final moments dealing with Walt???

So in Mike's final scenes with Walt, he is on the run and the Feds have taken the majority of his money, meaning he will not be able to continue paying off those 11 prisoners. Mike then tells Walt to just go on the lam like him, which Walt doesn't because he has a family.

Did Mike have a brain fart or something? Like he is dealing with the same Heisenberg that killed Gus. His 11 guys will eventually flip since the money will dry up. His solution was just go on the lam like me Walt and leave my guys alone...

Walt pretty much had to kill Mike at that point. Since if Walt made a move against those 11 guys then Mike will probably come back to kill Walt.

So I have a small bathroom that needs a reno. Is it possible to have the side of the vanity attached to the bathtub? What is used for this attachment? is it a type of glue? I need to increase the amount of limited space in my small bathroom.

Anyone else feel like Walt had a pretty nice house despite not having much money? Are these houses quite cheap in New Mexico even today?

Anyone else feel that Jesse was Walt's weakest link and was dragging him down?

So I rewatched Breaking Bad again a few years later and realized Jesse was a bigger cancer tumor for Walt than his own lung cancer. Like Walt wanted to get into the meth business with Jesse who he assumed was well connected in that world.

We later find out that the cartel members don't even respect Jesse and treat him like shit. Then you have Walt killing Gus's drug dealers to save Jesse, which puts Walt on the hit list. Later you have Jesse teaming up with Hank to take down Walt, which leads to Hank getting killed.

Like if Walt somehow skipped Jesse and got in contact with Saul, then he would have been fast tracked to Gus. Then he does the 3 mill for 3 month deal and he's out of the game. I feel like a majority of the drama from the show is either Jesse getting his ass kick or making a mistake, which leads to Walt stepping in to fix the problem and gaining more problems because of it.
