In light of the worst Bolt video of all time releasing a few days ago, I think it's important for all of us to remind ourselves what good bolt content/game play is.

Genuinely so fed up with the community's treatment of new brawlers, when they get op, they get hated on like their Satan. (Which in some cases it's understandable) but they don't care whenever a brawler is actually balance and actually complains.

Genuinely cannot stand this community.

(Note: I know not everyone is like this and if your not and genuinely enjoy the game then gold for you. This is direct at those people who seemingly only play the game just to be negative about everything and ruin it for others).

Very interesting that bolt had a different speed meter than the one he has today. (And tbh, I like it a lot more than the current one if im being honest).

I was originally going to wait until a year has passed, but I'll be honest, I've kinda run out of ideas for what to post.

I was originally excited for Buffies when they were 1st announced, but this might be one of the few things that I actually agree with the communities nowadays because Buffies might genuinely be one of the worst mechanics I have seen in any video game, period, and it's insane because they work very well on a conceptual level, like aimable gadgets, for example, are a good idea on paper.

But instead, they genuinely feel more like a method for Supercell to productize brawlers they want to do with them, rather than them mainly being made for the sole purpose of assisting brawlers (especially when looking at the spots for all the 1st 2 waves of buffed brawlers, the only one from those batches to not have fallen off a cliff is Emz).

Also, one thing I don't see anyone else talking about with buffies is: why should I care about learning and getting better at brawlers I truly love knowing that, in a few updates, they'll get massively changed into something completely different? It is such a demotivator that actively makes me not want to play, along with all the buffie metas being completely awful to play against, but everyone has complained about that already, so I won't push the agenda any further than necessary.

All in all: Buffies were kinda the last straw for me personally when it comes to the game, I was able to somehow look past most if not all the issues and keep going, but these stupid toy plushies were my limit, the biggest sign that the devs clearly have absolutely no idea what the heck there doing anymore and they only care about cash.

Unironically might be the biggest bolt fan still active here ngl.

Tbh im running out of ways to say that bolt isn't good anymore.

Thankfully this should be the last for a while, (unless a massive balance change patch happens during the October season).

Soooo yeah, honest just use this post to talk about anything with bolt as a brawler. There's honestly not much more i can say here.

Tbh, this was kinda my limit when it came to Supercell making new brawlers and buffied brawlers to be overpowered.

Bolt had such a strong following before his release (way more than most of the other brawlers released this year, besides maybe Cosmo), only to end up released in a state in which (while nowhere near as bad as Damian or Wendy) is just plain unacceptable for any game company. And that (complained with peoples annoyance towards aggressive metas as a whole) basically destroyed the bolt fanbase and made him become one of the most hated brawlers of the entire year, (i don't want to say of all time because I genuinely don't think he's on that level of hated).

Bolt was honestly the last thing I cared about in this entire game, so for him to become so hated because of his bad release made me realize that the game i once loved is now a soulless money-making machine with all charm being substituted for broken overpoweredness.

And no, we lie here today as bolt is now in a state of complete awfullness, probably never going to recover (and if he does recover that probably won't be for a very, long time).

Ive watched spen recient video and there he mentioned that bolt might be a D Tier brawler now, but considering how polarizing he is in draft, im not 100% if that's true or not. So if anyone can confirm this, that would be great.

I can now say with 100% certainty this time, that Bolt is over.

I know Bolt isn't exactly like Chuck, but there are enough similarities to make a comparison. (also im pretty sure Bolt isn't even that broken anymore, besides Ladder).

And I don't mean, like, when he got that Nerf to his Star Power, but in general. This was also a bit of a thing late last update too and I'm starting to think his speed might be somewhat bugged.

Tbh, Weither or not he ends up being good or not, I'm just glad that I'm finally able to play him outside of heist (without having to somehow play perfectly) and actually not suffer.
