Ive been working this pile for 6+ years

It doesnt look that big but theres a lot of compost here. Its not done because I kept adding to it but I stopped adding to it today. Im super proud of this pile there's a lot of hard work and sweat that went into it! I think i may add some liquid culture to it any suggestions on improving my compost? Thanks! -BB

Need help IDing this specimen

Reversed image search says its P.quebecensis which im skeptical here's the wiki for P.qubecensis https://ceb.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psilocybe_quebecensis

Im located in central, AL this specimen was grown near wood pile

It seems to have a veil, no bruising though

Don't worry this is just for ID I am not trying to consume just generally curious.

I made a bird sheparding stick

I use this stick to tap on the ground when I want to move my quail so I decided to carve a quail on top! What do yall think? Its not the best work but I hope you see it!
