Is this spot on my chest worrisome?

I use Tretenoin daily, and do sometimes apply to this area.
Meds: on 125 ug synthroid, vitamin C, magnesium. I have a prescription for clobetasol that I mix with cream and apply as needed. Eczema is usually only a problem for me when I swim, and I haven't swam in over a year.
I also have RA but stopped taking my meds due to cost. Having a bad flair right now but I don't think this is relevant.
This spot showed up about 6 mos ago. Not a pimple, has always looked the same, maybe a little bigger but definitely not smaller. I thought it was eczema so used the clobetasol/moisturizer on it for 2 weeks and it never got better.
Just moved and can't get in to a derm for 7 months.
It's itchy.
