you matter, and yes, you really do. You could live for 3 more days or 90 more years, so every day, be grateful and don’t take it for granted. I made that mistake countless times. Spend time with loved ones, hug, kiss, laugh, have fun, and don’t give a f*** about what others think. Ask your crush out, travel, live life to the fullest, and be yourself. It doesn’t matter if you’re gay, bi, straight, Black, White, Asian, old, young, rich, poor, female, or male—at the end of the day, we’re human. Your chance of being born is 1 in 420 trillion; that’s an unbelievably high number, which you can’t even begin to imagine how large it is. You are so lucky to be here. I spent the last 6 years worrying, stressing every day about the future, and unfortunately, I still do. I have suffered from horrible depression, and some days I feel like giving up, but I remember this: 2026 so far has been poor but better and there is hope, and, to be honest—relationships, friends, personal life have been mixed great things and issues —but I keep on fighting. I know it’s hard, but no one deserves to feel like I do, and that’s why I’m commenting. I try to remain hopeful. I wish anyone seeing this comment the best in life and strength to overcome any issues. Be kind to everyone, smile at that one person, ask how they are, spread kindness and not hate. I really hope this helps someone reading this, and thank you for taking your time to read.

theirs a lot of negative press about our country online and offline, and we for sure have a lot of problems from the cost of living, housing and healthcare, but what country doesn't? and isn't all decline

the homicide rate in England and Wales is at a 50 year low at 0.78 per 100K, similar to Finland, while overall surveyed crime is down significantly from the 90s and continues its downwards trend. life expectancy in England hit a record high last year at 81.9yrs and death rates hit a record low, overall personal life satisfaction remains high for the majority of people, and Britain ranks as 5th largest economy on earth and 6th most innovative one, while also ranking an average of 15th on quality of life measures out of 200 countries, our country still has such a great culture, countryside, humour and diversity of so many different backgrounds, the UK was ranked as 7th best country in the world in a recent report and of cause people may disagree with such ranking and the methodology, but overall Britain still remains a safe, healthy and rich country, which stands in the top 10% in the world, and despite the massive problems with the NHS, cost of living Brexit and austerity, isn't some third world, overtaken shithole, yes we have right to complain, yes things should be better and aren't good enough, and real wages are only up slightly since to 2010 and like i said we have many problems but the UK isn't as bad as some make it out to be.

What do you love about Britain, it could be something little or muitple things, and why so, there's alot of negativity about our country online so let's speak about the best thing about it.

I'm sick of Feeling depressed and having lack of motivation, my anxiety is bad atm worried about things including my health anxiety which ive had for 6 years, i got dumped 2 weeks ago beacuse i asked her if she was happy with me, she felt like i didnt trust her so dumped me days after saying how shes not leaving me which set me to be quite confused, and tbh i still miss her, but it did feel like I was used again, which has happened in so many relationships and friendships it sucks so much i feel like i deserve it sometimes, I Was also SAd last year by a "freind" ( it's wasn't grape or StS) but was still traumatic and I hated it, the process wasn't easy and what was meant to take weeks took months and got police and school invloded, I felt like I wasn't safe guarded by my school as much as I should have been and this person came up to me after a year wide SA and rape awareness lesson which was extremely graphic and said how it brought back dark times, this obviously made me extremely pissed of because he was acting like the victim, sounds sputid but I'm just struggling rn. Thanks for reading and sorry about spelling mistakes.

Just feel so lonely, i have great supportive family and I'm not going hurt myslef, but being said I feel awful and just feel like I'll never be loved
