Rust repair on 98 c1500

I picked up this c1500 for 1100 and it had under 100k when I got it in June. At 120k miles now and been daily driving it to work and using it to haul my tractors. Been a great truck and after seeing how well taken care of besides the rust from the last owner I was thinking to weld in new rockers and a floor piece (passenger side only) and do new doors new fenders and a "new" bed off marketplace. I think I'd be in it under 2k paint included besides tools ive bought and practicing on random hoods and doors I have. My boss was all for me learning to do this but some people seem to doubt its worth the time what do you think based off the pics, just kinda second guessing myself.

1-9 are driver side rest are passenger side

On the driver side I took a needle scaler to my rocker and what's left is the metal it didn't puncture or bend and the steel behind it wouldn't give

The last picture is the only spot on the frame I have found a hole rest of the frame stayed intact with needle scaler.

Pics 7 and 11 are bushings in the very front I presume are for the front clip its the roughest part underneath the truck

Where should I start to fix this?

Attached are pictures of my 1996 Honda Accord EX Coupe. It was involved in a highway accident earlier this year. Luckily, nobody was hurt; there was no frame damage, and no glass or airbags broke. The car is back on the road, and I have since brought it to college with me. But now I am starting to formulate a plan to bring it back to what it once was. Obviously, by any good body shop, it is totaled. Despite this, it is my first car and, at one point, was one of the nicest examples you could find, and I refuse to let it die. I will be doing the work myself and have sourced a donor car to cut a replacement panel. From there on, I have done extensive research and watched a ton of different videos regarding the process, however I am still inexperienced in bodywork outside of simpler paint projects and mechanical knowledge. If anyone has any good resources to work off of or advice to give, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I know this is inherently a bad idea and a waste of money to most, but this is a forever car so I honestly don't care. :)

Repair Advice

Hi ALl, do you think it's possible to do the frame repair on this vehicle? The Previous owner (shown in post) decided to do some modifications, but I was wondering if it was possible to possibly reverse some of these changes?

I bought it in Facebook marketplace for around 1000 USD, it seemed like a good deal but its my first project car so I could use advice.

The Model is a 2012 Toyota Camry, The owner said it made roughly 200 HP with a tune, he said it was Cobb but it wasn't included. It has 120455 miles, but roughly 300k on the chassis I believe. Will I need a full replacement of the body panels?

So, on April 10,26 at 11:48am I was driving down Colorado Blvd in Idaho Springs, CO in 2010 Camaro and I am the one with the dash camera that you are viewing. The other person was driving 2024 Subaru Outback and is State Farm policyholder. The police was called and got statements and view my dash camera. I had to have my Camaro towed and then I being to leave with the towing company. From there the police officer walked over to the person and issued a citation. I have paid for a copy of the police report and I also sent to the police officer a copy of my dash camera. I then submitted a claim with State Farm. They got my statement and it taken me about 4 days just to down size of the dash camera video. Withen some many days pasted. I called up State Farm to make sure that my dash camera video was viewed. I was told that they had to upload it. From there days pasted and I got a call from State Farm stating that my claim was denied.

I am confused the police find the State Farm policyholder at fault, witnesses stated that 2024 Subaru was at fault and my car insurance stated that the 2024 Subaru drive was at fault.

How can I appeal this decision?

I am a safe driver of the road. I just want my 2010 Camaro parts that got damaged to be replaced.
