A few products I'd genuinely recommend after using them🥰

Nivea Creme – A classic moisturizer that never disappoints.

Personal Touch C Beyond Serum – One of my favorite vitamin C serums I've tried.

Soulflower Rosemary Oil – Been using this 2-3 hours before my hair wash.

The Pink Foundry Moisturiser – Great pick if you prefer lightweight hydration.

Got him this brass dosa tawa... now the ball's in his court🫣

My man genuinely enjoys cooking, so I picked up this non-stick dosa tawa for us. Now I'm just waiting for him to make a batch of crispy dosas this weekend.

I’m on the fence about this one

The facebath from Personal touch worked really well for me, but I don’t know much about the rest of their products. Has anyone here tried this combo?

Do growing mitochondria lead to healthier skin and hair?

Since mitochondria is responsible for producing energy for cells, does better mitochondrial function actually contribute to healthier skin and stronger hair?

I know skin cells are constantly renewing themselves, and hair follicles require a lot of energy during the growth phase. Does healthier mitochondrial or overall cellular health have a measurable impact on these processes?

Hair growth depends on more than just hormones and nutrition

One aspect of hair biology that doesn’t get talked about enough is cellular energy. Hair follicles require a continuous supply of energy to grow and cycle normally, and mitochondria are responsible for producing that energy. What do you guys think?

Recent additions to my skincare

Wishcare rose water - I never really thought that there is a need of rose water after face wash but tbh when i used it i could actually see some extra dirt. So i would say this was a good purchase.

Conscious chemist mineral sunscreen - I think this is launched recently.. I liked the texture because it has a milk like consistency which is good because I have oily skin. I have been using this for around 10-15 days

Deconstruct Lip balm - It is a clear lip balm.. the texture is nice. I carry this along everywhere so that I can reapply this

Changes which helped me for hair growth

I was facing hairloss from quiet sometime. These are the habits which I changed and helped me in stopping hair loss and supported my hair health

  1. Started massaging my hair I always oil my hair with soulflower rosemary oil and massage it gently

  2. Double cleanse my hair. I always double cleanse my hair which makes my scalp clean

  3. Added rosemary water and wishcare hair serum after hair wash

  4. I also added biotin supplements from carbamide forte

  5. Also a very good habit which I follow I doesn't make tight buns which is very helpful

Finally after quite sometime I have started seeing hair growth.

Is hair growth actually more about what’s happening inside the follicle than what’s on the scalp?

Everyone talks about scalp health, oils, onion shampoos etc. But isn’t hair growth mainly determined by what’s happening inside the follicle itself?

Hair follicles are constantly growing and dividing cells, so things like cellular energy, nutrient delivery and follicle activity matter way more than whether a shampoo has onion or rosemary in it

What is your opinion on this?
