Im a student (15,M) going to international school looking for a part time for 1 week. Between Nov 2nd - 6th instead of going on camp my school has this "job experience week" for Year 11s. This year is my first time and i have not found a job. Working hours i think are same as school days from 7.55am - 3.15, but i do recall hearing its limit is 4 hours. if ayone has a job available, pls let me know. (no pay is required, school does not allow) Thanks
I can speak English, canto is average but not good in chinese.
Pls keep the hacks easy/moderate, i dont know how to cook lol
cant seem to find any info on this
Im coming back to HK in September and want to try some local low alc drinks
I saw from some other posts that said it should be fine to buy at 15 since its under the 1.2% law just as long as i go to certain shops but idk which ones since i've not been here since around 2018-19 time. i saw from the other posts that Independent Corner Stores or some 士多 are most likely to let me buy. any suggestions on which shops to go to? looking forward to coming back in September.
My plan for the restoration to run a few times or till i buy all parts and restore the whole car.
car are the fw04 and kyosho qrc sv 4wd, both are in original form i believe
i'm looking for a nitro kit (not rtr but those diy kits). its so hard to find a nitro kit today, most are either too old or are rare/vintage and are expensive as hell. right now i already have the tg10 mk2 (2022) and the hpi Subaru. whatever type of car doesn't really matter, i just wanna build the car from the chassis up and pray that the engine and the whole car runs.
this is my first time and if mtn dew baja zero sugar is not better/worse than regular its getting removed (i prefer sweeter)
I 15,M - i have adhd which makes things hard for me
I really don't know what to do after highschool. i have about 1.5-2 years left before graduation (if i ever make it) then a few months before uni. so far my highschool years have been trouble and suspensions. im not doing good, my grades are low hw completion is inconsistent, mostly blank. my parents want me to move to Australia for uni but i dont know what course i should take, everything just seems boring. i dont want to be working a office job or a stupid 9-5 barley making anything.
My hobbies rn: RC stuff, sim racing (all kinds of racing), building stuff (model kits, lego), collecting vintage/rare stuff.
My interests: motorsports, cars, physical building, extreme sports, high adrenaline activities, racing
skills: building, little problem solving, id cars (model, year), mechanical
Guinness 6/10 - too bitter for me, but i enjoyed with a bowl of ramen. will i buy again? - maybe, since its expensive at my supermarket and they only sell as a pack of 4
lime Asahi - 5/10 - its just a soda water lime flavored. will i buy it again? - Yes its cheaper to buy than actual soda water at the supermarket
Yuzu Asahi 7/10 - its very good so i will buy more again
I made a private account many years ago, I have the username but i forgot my log in. the number i used was my mom's but its been long forgotten and changed, and im pretty sure the email i used has been deleted. if i remember i can use facial recognition but i dont think i posted pics of me. if followers can somehow help, my followers on that account were random people
I plan to switch from drama to business next year in yr11 because drama is just boring and business is easy. this is what my school put for the description for business. tbh my Mathematical and English skills are not that good.
Overview
IGCSE Business Studies is a lively, trans-disciplinary course which helps students develop their critical understanding
of organisations, the markets they serve and the economic environment. This will involve consideration of the
management of organisations and in particular the process of decision-making in a dynamic business world.
The course is a fully applied approach to the study of business and is not theoretical in nature. This means that all
class tasks are based around real businesses and students are often encouraged to select businesses of their own to
apply the knowledge learned during lessons.
This IGCSE course is an excellent foundation for IB Business and Management or the BTEC Level 3 in Business
course at Post 16
Is this course for me?
• You must have good Mathematical and English skills.
• You must be able to contribute to class discussion and offer opinions.
• You must be interested in the economic environment.
• You must be able to solve problems and make business decisions.
Subject Content:
• Business Ownership
• Human Resource Management
• Marketing
• Production
• Accounts
• Economic Concepts
found this hpi ford gt brand new for a decent price, seller says its super rare but he switched out the engine, if i remember correctly it came as an ev, not intro. is this car worth less since its not original?
So far i've only tried Carlsberg, Peroni, Corona, PORETTI and Asahi. My review on them is that they taste and smell the same except the Carlsberg was a little stronger. The Poretti for some reason tasted weird, idk if mine was expired or the ingredients/brewing method is different. To keep the test fare, I only drank them when they're cold. I've always wanted to try Guiness and some other different types of Na beer to expand my taste. My current knowledge on the Guiness 0% from reviews. Positives: its very identical to the real deal, one of the best na beers on the market, everything from taste, texture and aroma is near identical.
Negatives: it tastes like a watered down dark coffee, too sweet, bad after taste.
Edit: forgot to mention i've never tried the alcoholic versions of beer because i'm not 18 yet
My friends keep telling me to get one, but i just don't see the point of getting it. i generally prefer kits and nitro over rtr. any suggestion on what i can do with it if i buy one?
looking to join this hobby and found this used Hirobo .46 Nitro Engine GPH 346 RC helicopter for my first heli which seemed pretty good for the price. Does this heli look like its in good condition/maintained well?
I have experience with nitro rc cars tho.
