Need Lake County Vet recommendations

Really long story short. A few months back, my six year old dog was misdiagnosed by his vet and it almost cost him his life. Literally, he almost died. He's now at Metropolitan Hospital in Highland Hts for a few days, undergoing a complex surgery. Three ER trips, and now a short hospital stay with surgery because some vet he saw at the original vet office was a douchebag.

Hope to have my furry homie home by the weekend. I miss the absolute fuck out of him. I got him at five weeks old and have never spent a night away from him. I am terrified he thinks we gave him up, which I would NEVER do, so I'm visiting him every single day while he's there. Sorry, trailed off there. Haven't been able to stop crying.

Anyway, Metro doesn't provide primary care. We obviously need a new vet. Preferably one that doesn't misdiagnose and almost cost animals their lives. Lake County or Eastern Cuyahoga. Thanks.

It's been an awesome food adventure, Cook Unity. I will miss you!

For anyone considering trying Cook Unity, DO IT. I've loved the experience of eating from many different cuisines that I would have never gotten to try otherwise. I've always experienced excellent customer service. I will miss the food, posting pictures and being a part of the Cook Unity Communities. I will miss the variety, and the whole Cook Unity experience.

My dog turns 6 today and just found out he needs a complex emergency surgery costing many thousands, or he will die. He comes before me. I can eat rice and chicken on sale for a year while I recoup financially. He can't live without surgery. His life comes first.

I wish Cook Unity and everyone on this sub the absolute best. I've never had a bad meal (or dessert!) and will miss all of it!

Haitian Roasted Pork Bao Buns with Black Beans & Rice

I absolutely love Bao and will order every week they're available! The pork in these is absolutely cooked perfectly and super delicious. I hate tough meat and it is so tender.

Mushroom & Spinach Full Size Quiche with Parmesan

Not yet heated up. I chipped some of the edge transferring it from and to a different container than what it came in. Large dinner plate for size comparison.

Chocolate Cream Pudding with Cherry Swirl & Whipped Cream - tastes like the chocolate pudding dessert my grandma always made when we were little. I want to cry.

My grandma (RIP) always made this chocolate pudding dessert with all these creamy layers. This tastes exactly like it. I am so .... right now with thought of her while eating this. Did not expect this when I ordered it 😢

Crepes with Cherry Filling & Chantilly Cream

I started to unfold my crepes but then read the directions and saw I wasn't supposed to, so I tried to piece them back together. Apparently I am not Crepe savvy. They taste excellent though!

Please help with legal question involving large naked autistic man.

Location: Lake County, Ohio

We've lived in our home incident-free for the 22 years we've owned it. We're in a private neighborhood in Lake County, Ohio. About a handful of houses down the street on the opposite side, there's an autistic man. Now that he's grown (late 20's, I remember when we bought our house, seeing him, and he was maybe 7 ish back then) he keeps wandering around totally naked. He is a large man, about 6 ft plus, and around 400 pounds, so I am afraid to approach him.
My husband and I are both very short and WAY smaller than this man.

I have a lot of pretty lights outside of my home lining my property, so I feel like he's attracted to the lights, maybe. When I see him in my front yard, like last night, I called 911 and had the police intervene. He was maybe two feet from my front door staring in my front window, naked, playing with my sprinkler that was on, and looking at my outdoor lights.

My question is, I have a dog that's extremely friendly with us but VERY reactive to strangers. It's why we're responsible and keep him away from anyone he doesn't know. He's an Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix, not sure if that's important.

There are times we're doing things and have the front door unlocked. We've been remodeling so we're in and out of the front a lot carrying stuff in/out, and there's just times we don't always lock the front door. If this large naked, autistic, non verbal (all he does is scream) man walks in our house by getting past us due to his size or us just not being in the front area at the time and noticing, and our dog reacts and bites him, can naked man's family sue us? I understand autism is a tough area for a lot of people, but I don't want this huge naked 400 pound 6 foot man walking in my house. I'm not taking down my lighting. We just did it recently and I spent a ton of money on it, making it look beautiful.

Even if his intentions are not entering to rob, steal, harm, etc., as he's profoundly autistic and doesn't understand "go home," am I at risk of getting sued over this man? I also don't want my dog getting in trouble/put down for biting an intruder, even if his intentions weren't harm. Thanks for any input, I'm just a little freaked out.
