This Kabelbaan or Cable Car for crossing the river is located at Steenweg, Ter Apel across the Ruiten Aa river in the town of Groningen, The Netherlands.

It is a hand-cranked cable car with a gondola that can seat two persons and once inside, they turn the wheel to move the gondola to the other side of the river.
