I'm a 45 yr old man. I was sexually abused from 12-16 while I was in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. In my 20s I realized that I am bisexual. That being said, the only part of men that I am attracted to is what is between their legs. If I fantasize about a man, he has the same body of my abuser. Am i crazy in associating my sexuality with my abuse?

We all know that there are some things that just take a natural born skill. Not just any kid can practice enough and be in the NBA. Not every kid has the intelligence to become a doctor or astrophysicist. Is telling them that they can do anyth giving them false hope?

I've been watching a lot of TikToks from brits visiting for the World Cup. A lot are saying that it's much hotter than they expected and that Americans are being overdramatic when talking about the heat and humidity. What was your biggest surprise, disappointment, whatever?

How do people know what something symbolizes on a 200 year old book? Why can't a red door simply be a red door? Why does it seemingly always have to have some deep meaning regarding the character or the authors state of mind?

No other part of their body attracts me in any way. I remember never thinking of men before this happened. Could my experience have an affect on my sexuality?

I just watched a video of students asked various questions about 9/11 and they said they weren't taught much. Some couldn't answer any other questions other than WTC. Is it really not taught or are students just not paying attention? Is it too recent to be considered part of an american history class.

ETA: People in this video didn't know about the Pentagon or the plane that went down in PA. They didn't know who the president was at the time.
