Looking at this apartment complex but I’m curious if the train stop and street crossing is loud for anyone who has lived there? I heard it’s mainly a sprinter way but freight trains can also use the tracks in the middle of the night and blare their horns. Is this true?

Just found we’re pregnant with our first child which was a bit unexpected at 29/27 and I’m nervous that I won’t have additional time to save for a good retirement. For context, I grew up with no money moving from place to place and now that I’m in a better spot financially than before I’ve become a bit obsessed of never getting to a point like that again. Likely out of trauma from growing up.

Will I be okay to have a good amount for retirement for my family?

Just sold my car on marketplace to this guy who was really nice but after making the sale everytime I click on his profile it says “content not available”. I got his info on the Notice of transfer paper but he took the title and paid me. Cash looks real after checking it but I’m sketched out on why his account on Facebook isn’t popping up for me anymore… I submitted the transfer already on the DMV site and removed it from my insurance but do you think I’m good here? I also forgot to date the title of the sale today…. I’m scared I got scammed or something. Can someone provide some advice here to calm my nerves hah

Before I begin, this is my own experience and something that helped me. I hope it works for you too but obviously everyone is different.

I have dealt with folliculitis decalvans for about 10 years now. Painful red bumps, pustules, balding spots, crusties, all of it. Tbf I do still have these but it’s not at the scale it used to be. I had tried so many things that my dermatologist recommended like clindamycin, ketanozle shampoo, etc. nothing worked and just made it flare up worse to the point I couldn’t even lay my head down on a pillow.

I decided to just stop everything and see how it went. I went to only shampooing my hard like 2-3 a week and put benzoyl peroxide during any flare ups and since then I have seen better results. Not out of the woods and I don’t think I will ever be but this method has helped a lot. I mainly will just rinse with water and use conditioner.

I have one more $300 hotel credit to use before closing out the card and have no idea where to use without paying several hundreds of dollars extra. I have already been to Vegas plenty of times this year despite this seemingly to be the best value around. Any other luck you all have seen that isn’t too far like max 6 hr drive? So far I have only seen LV, Palm Springs , and maybe mammoth during snow season but still requires paying a decent amount out of pocket.

Been living in Irvine for quite some time but have never gotten around to trying any of the Asian food places in/near Irvine other than din tai fung or Hong Kong express. What Asian food places would you recommend for someone that is new to eating authentic Asian food? Before coming to Irvine, my hometown only had Panda Express…
