I didn't think to see if there is a maker's mark but visual searches match up with rings from Kay jewelers. Now I need to know before I put a deposit down.
Everything I've read about that company suggests that the overall quality of the jewelry is sub-par. Still, I love the ring. Should I go for it nonetheless?

However, the fit is weird. Unisex medium, but it’s tight through the back and the sleeves are snug. I want to cut a few inches off the bottom and an inch off the sleeves as I think it would improve the fit. Should ?

62F. BC survivor with extreme vaginal atrophy. Last years’ attempt at an internal exam made me scream in pain. I had to make my Dr. stop. Even without the speculum I was in extraordinary pain.
I’ve been her patient for years. She has stated that she does not advise local vaginal estrogen therapy due to my history. My onc said the same. My endo (who I no longer see) suggested Vagifem & Imvexxy reassuring me that the data suggests it’s safe. I tried Imvexxy for a bit but stopped out of fear.
I’m due for my annual & this is Pap smear year. I’m terrified as I cannot attempt to undergo this again. What are my options, if any?
To make matters worse, she was barely conciliatory after what I went through.
Not many online shops offer samples and I don’t blind-buy anymore.

It’s been in my family for years. I inherited it from my mother & my aunt who recently passed had one in slightly different colors.
Dx’d 35 years ago. I’ve been on Armour thyroid for years and have tolerated it very well. I was behind on my bloodwork as my new Endo was on medical leave. I’m especially super sensitive to the warm weather, (always have been but it’s markedly worse & it’s not even really hot out) feel nauseous and have severe malaise. How bad is my TSH? Finally saw my Endo & she’s lowering my dosage.
