On an honest note, leaving politics aside.
I am a solo recruitment consultancy, I get paid a fixed fee per hire.
sometimes during peak season I hire freelancers, is this the right section for me to file tax?
also, the past 5 years I have been working to get clients so made income in between 2-15 Lakhs yearly.
now I have a steady stream and want to start filing, will this create any issues?
Respected members,

it made me wonder apart from proximity to Mumbai office, I have to sacrifice for everything.
But still flats getting sold-out upto 32 floors like pancakes, who is buying apart from NRI and investors?
and Why?
My father spent 30 years as a electrician abroad, fortunately afforded my education too.
he trusted his brother with everything and never asked a question.
30 years ago, he invested in a plot, after a couple of years a builder offered to build in return for a house and a shop, the plot wasn't too big, so we ok with it.
when work started the government stopped it, as a road had to pass through, the builder gave us 2 1rk flats in a mhada or transit housing, we can;t own it, it still belongs to the government and shop which is again not legal and government keeps demolishing and he keeps building it.
My father's brother claims that since he did all the hard work for getting it, 50% of everything belongs to him , our relatives tell that be happy atleast you are getting something.
I feel this is wrong, as i have seen my father work all through this years and spent decades collecting money to buy, now we need to buy a home for us but none of the properties can be sold.
I fail to understand, where should i start, my father has given up all hope, and doesn;t want to talk about this, as his brother meant the world for him and being betrayed has left him broken and damaged to his health.
all these efforts he made, he gets nothing when he has retired and is working at a shop now even at this age, it breaks my heart. I work 3 jobs and sleep 4 hours but still can't afford a home in mumbai.
I am trying to understand if there is anyway i can help my father.
How does the process for getting in touch with big commercial unit takers work?
I have been trying via email, forms but no luck, with Dmart, Zepto, blinkit etc.
Is it even raining anywhere in Mumbra ?
Can a builder close a shortcut in the name of safety, forcing older people to walk a km instead of 100 meters to reach the main road ?
Context -
The case is such that there is this builder who acquired a huge plot right in front of her house. There was a way to go through it because the person who built our society is the one who owns that plot, and he had plans to build it, but he sold it to another builder. Now that builder does not allow any passage and has a construction ongoing, saying that it is for safety, etc and so on and so forth.
Now, the opposite society opened a gate on the other side, since the builder blocked their entry too, and people from only their society can go through it.
The society says it is private, so he doesn't allow.
The other route is she has to walk a km. What would be the ideal situation in this case? I did ask the other society to allow, especially older people, but they refused, saying it's a private society and if you allow, then others would come and so on and so forth.
I see many other older people, aged people, walking so long distances just to get some groceries and walk back.
Is there any solution to this?
There are many issues which I see in Mumbra: project delays and promises not being made on projects, and so on and so forth.
I just want to know what the current best projects to take in for family are, maybe one BHK or two BHK, something like that.
Be careful guys, my sister just launched her book after years and someone copied a transactional message and sent it as an SMS claiming they sent 4999 instead of 499.
My sister hurriedly transferred the rest back, nullifying all previous bookings she made.
Hard time to be in the best I can do is to inform other writers.
I used fi bank, then kotak 811 super but debit cards always, the point of cc is you are spending something that you don’t have.
I always thought why would one , there are multiple hidden fees + constant spending pressure to qualify.
is it all even worth it in the end ?
how much do you end up spending vis a vis earning back ?
I am hearing from a week it’s raining around, but where I don’t see any or am I just not invited ?
They say a bullet train will pass through here but how does it help the residents?
when there is no stop in the area? how does marketing get so cheap.
I walked from sector 48, Malibu town all the way to hcbs sports ville in sohna dhani, cos I missed the last bus as it was crowded at dmart.
It’s hard living in a place where no one cares and neither you can ask someone a lift.
Reaching back home from office now, its not the distance but the thoughts I had all the way long. :(
What’s with real estate agents pitching ultra cheap properties in Ambernath, Badlapur, shelu, karjat etc?
Anyone bought or any idea If its worth exploring?
Been planning to go hajj young, not old when it becomes too difficult.
But seeing the recent hajj commitee condition, private options are double the price.
any young guys who went for hajj and can tell ground reality, older people often don’t want to share their pain and are glad they got the opportunity itself.
which isn’t wrong but I am thinking from a family perspective, I don’t have a home yet but I think I should first finish one of the pillars of islam which is left.
