I'm curious why the elevators at transit centers are out of service so often. I thought maybe it was because of people using them as portapotties, but I would think that would happen less with the scanners. I haven't noticed them reeking lately.
This is the first month I am supposed to report for. I was told by the 10th, but on the SSA site it says the 6th, so I was going to do it tonight online like I was told. Nope, they don't let you report self-employment income online. "Call us." Sigh, I really hate making phone calls. But I'm wondering what income or proof they will ask for. My only income is from doing on-line surveys, about $70 in August. I appreciate any any info you can give me.

On Trimet bus 54 maybe around 6200 BHH heading toward BTC, around 6pm 6/28 Sunday, someone dropped their black-framed glasses. I gave them to the driver.

I need a place to live, but my income, while steady, is much lower than the rent in most of the possibilities in the Portland Metro area.
I'm a retired writer/artist/crafter. I'm quiet, somewhat introverted, with a prominent sense of humor. I'm a gender-nonconforming male who is tolerant and accepting of others. Kindness and compassion should be the goal of everyone. I'm experienced with home repairs, and organic gardening. I am open to a certain amount of non-strenuous work in exchange for rent or partial rent.
I would appreciate any leads you have. (I think I've tried pretty much all the agencies and low-income resources.) Trying to think outside of the box, as you can see.
I was screened out of Breakfast Survey By Maya Malackowski, but the time was reasonable, and I got $1 for it, instead of the usual 10 cents with other screeners. I just want to give credit to researchers who treat us better.
