So i had the steam deck for a little while, and enjoyed it, but at the time i had never had a pc, and the price was increased from ai, so i sold it without having lost money, and bought a pc.

Right now i am looking for another way to play games on the go, and am leaning to the thor because of its portability.

If i got a model, it would probably be the thor base, because i want to play as many pc games as possible. I never grew up playing these old games, so nostalgia factor isn’t really a thing at all for me.

I would want to play pc games like dead cells, ball x pit, stardew valley, and more demanding 3d games if possible.

Of retro games, i would probably play some zelda, pokemon, and just other general fun games.

Any tips? i also saw the retroid pocket duo, but this seemed better

Pretty much, my dad is a stake president of the lds church, meaning he is very important, and my mom is equally religious. For months i have been trying to think of a way to tell them i want to leave, and i don’t believe, but finally, earlier today, i changed it to being, i didn’t want to do extra church events, because i was working through my faith, but i would keep going to meetings for now.

i stressed for 3 hours about when to tell them, and when i finally did, my dad told me that he and my older sister had the same doubts (both being in the church now) when they were my age. immediately it felt like he was brushing it off, and then he told me that the events upcoming were still important. so pretty much i gained nothing

after this i cried for about one minute, the first time in about a year.

I really want to play uncharted, but I haven’t played the first ones, and I don’t want to buy a whole ps5 to play them. Is there anyway to play them on pc? How important are they? Thanks for any advice

I’m making a setup using an rtx 3080 and a 7500x3d. I am planning to get a 1440p monitor, to be playing marvel rivals, or a bunch of other singleplayer games like spiderman 2. I am trying to decide if i want a 27” or 34” monitor.

So my biggest questions are: is it worth it? How much performance does it take? Do most games support ultrawides? etc

I’m building an ultra budget build to play 1080p and some 1440p. I found a 300$ b580 and a 250$ 3070.

Should i get one of these two? Or go for something else?

I will mostly play Marvel Rivals and AAA games like Spiderman 2. I will pair this with a ryzen 5 5500 if that helps.
