I’m trying to make a pc as cheap as I can to play marvel rivals 1080p at least 60fps steadily. I think once I have a gpu I could build a pc around that. Thanks for any recommendations! (When I say ultra budget I mean under $500, but as low as possible for what I want to use it for)

I’m trying to get a handheld under 100$ that is easily pocketable and i preferably want analog sticks. I was wondering if the v2 is any better, and if the return policy from their official site is any good.
(context, i already have a steam deck, and want something mor pocketable) I want a retro handheld under 100$, i did research and need something very pocketable. I think some ideas i had was the miyoo mini plus, miyoo mini flip and flip v2, rg35xxh. I just need something that fits in my pockets easily, and has good enough performance. I was just gonna go with miyoo mini flip, but i think i might want analog sticks. Any recommendations are great thanks
