Losing a fellow Neurodivergent friend at work
Has anyone else been through this?
I had a friend at work , we worked together for four years. I've never found another person like her. We just get each other effortlessly it's honestly quite amazing. We're both neurodivergent.
She's moving to another office. Still the same company, but not here anymore. I felt sad when I first found out, but today was her last day, and wow it hit me like a truck.
Having someone who actually understands me, who understands how I think, and who I can listen to because she thinks like me too that was so healing. It helped so much with the shame and lack of confidence I've carried from my AuDHD. And now she's leaving. It's really hard.
We'll still have contact, but I'm going to miss those real, face to face interactions deeply.
I'm not usually an emotional person or maybe I just suppress it all lol , but I find it heartbreaking that in over twenty years of living, I've only met one person who genuinely understands me, and who I genuinely understand in return.

IT'S A CHOICE
Shrink your appetite with saturated fat and protein—nature's GLP-1.
No prescription. No nausea. No $1,000-a-month pen.
Just meat, water, and the hormonal reset your body was built for.
Carnivore trumps Ozempic. Every. Single. Time.
Before you read a study, first question what they seek to gain.
Just a recommendation for anyone in the UK, these are supppper tasty, I fount them on Ocado (bit pricey bare in mind was 12 quid but it was a treat) + they are super high in protein and minimal ingredients.
Can anyone reccomend me a free app please, i am uk based, just to track how much time has elapsed since last meal?
Once you get adapted to the carnivore diet and feel the best you ever have, it becomes quite hard to listen to the "studies".
The sandwhich was a little too spicy for my liking, everything else was fine!
