Thinking of getting 20 or so prepaid rides. Is there anything that would make drivers less likely to accept these rides?

I was commuted from my office to my apartment through Uber by a strange guy. He would weirdly twitch and make random noises. What was especially weird was that he accepted the ride even though he was 27 minutes away and it would only be 7 dollars without a tip. His vibes were so off that I pretended to go to another floor.
Once I came to my actual apartment a woman who looked nearly the same age as the guy stepped out of her car and asked me if she could come inside as it's where she stayed with her now dead husband. Mind you this is within the span of 2 minutes from me being initially dropped off and it's a shaggy extended stay hotel, not anywhere someone would stay for a long time. I told her no and closed the door. Looking through the peephole I see her just backing up and going into another spot, where she just parked for 30 minutes. Then she went off.
The guy had a Tesla and the woman looked to have a similar coating car. The guy was also texting during the ride. Am I crazy?
