Wells Fargo Does Not Care

I went to the Market Street Branch Today to withdraw some money. My backpack was Stolen but I had an old id( expired last year) and just needed like 40 bucks until my new stuff came in

Nope they said can't do it. Don't want to try. Sucks to be you. Bye. II have the app on my phone THE BANK WOULDNT HELP ME GET A NEW CARD OR EVEN TRY TO HELP ME AT ALL.. What should have been 15-30 minute visit ended up dragging on for 3 hours on my phone with 5 customer service reps. Negative 100 out of 100 stars
